AudioNova does a very good job describing why hearing aids are needed. The detail regarding needing hearing aids was very detailed on the function of the ear while explaining how as we age it’s amazing abilities start to wear and in doing so does effect our understanding of what’s being said. I found it all very fascinating and relief that I wasn’t losing my mind!

I had my first appointment today and Trevor was amazing. He's very knowledgeable and I was quite surprised when my insurance covers my office visit and the hearing aids! I'll be getting my hearing aids next week on Wednesday, I got the first appointment of the day. I'm so excited about how far advanced hearing aids have become. It's my first time getting hearing aids and I can't wait to get them. Thanks Trevor 😄

We just purchased my mom’s first set of hearing aids. I accompanied her during her appointments and learned so much. I received a flyer from the Elite Center in Jupiter Fl and decided to get an extra set of hearing aides because my previous set is getting old and wanted a backup. Matthew Tillman the hearing specialist did a hearing test and we ordered the Phonak Audeo CShell. Special slim tip silicone molds were needed and of all the ear molds that I have had in the past 15+ yrs these are the best. Matthew is patient understanding and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his clients I highly recommend the Jupiter Elite Hearing Center and Matthew.

As a child of 3 I lost my complete hearing in my left ear. I relied on the right ear to compensate or turned around to the person on my left. I never heard stereo! As I became older and into my senior years, the right ear starting to weaken. I went to an ENT doctor who recommended a Cross. With tears in my eyes I agreed to the impression taken and wondered how it would stay in since I had no canal. When the mold was completed and was suppose to attach to the folds it fell out on my way home.. Back I went for adjustments after adjustments until finally they returned my money. I was looking for a new audiologist to clean my right hearing aid and found Michael at Elite Hearing Center in Jupiter. He said there was no reason why one could be made that would be successful. So, I gave it another try and to my amazement it works.. it stays in the folds, it’s transparent and now my hearing is like PANORAMIC. I love it and thank Michael for having the know how and experience to get it done. Ruth

How did I live all this time with subpar hearing? Michael and his staff are super professional and caring! What are joy to be able to hear clearly and distinctly like I did back in high school! Easy peasy!

Let me start out by saying I am 69 years old and on Medicare… I have been abused by virtually every medical appointment I ever had. The I don’t care attitudes of staff and Doctors don’t call you back …I was not looking forward to this appointment figuring it would be the same standard shuffle…On the contrary I am so happy with this company and this Office. My appointment was ON TIME. Michael knew how important it was to have my husband at this appointment and insisted that he be there with me and be included. We never learned so much about hearing at a hearing test. Micheal was so informative… He explained and demonstrated my hearing problem and how exactly the hearing aids would help… He also explained the differences and limitations in the different aids and what to expect … None of my questions were ignored they were addressed…He helped me with my budget to get me the product that I need and could afford… Never was their any pressure … I was treated as an individual not only with my test but my budget as well… from the first day I got my hearing aids it was a total transformation… I could hear… My husband does not have to repeat anything anymore… I AM A PERSON AGAIN…….I highly recommend this office if you are in need of hearing help… P.s. I have been to Costco and got the shuffle and I don’t care attitude… My best decision was going to Elite…..

I have profound hearing loss. I found Michael to be extremely thorough in his exam. He patiently explained everything to me, until I understood fully. The follow up visits have been very helpful. What an amazing experience. Thrilled with my new hearing aids. What a difference from my last pair. My husband got new ones also and he has cross overs because he is deaf in one ear. we now are doing so much better.

To be honest I was skeptical about trying new hearing aids.After 7 years wearing Widex ones- batteries and all, I didn't believe my poor hearing could be corrected more. Michael Zenni at Elite changed my mind. My new hearing aids and Michael's hearing tutorial are life-changing ! Go see him and splurge on a pair of Signia "listeners!" You'll wish you'd done it sooner!

I've had hearing aids for 8 years and simply was uncomfortable wearing them. I saw the Elite ad in the newspaper and went to visit Michael Zinni at their hearing center in Jupiter, FL. He fitted me with the new Signia rechargable hearing aids which are smaller and fit better. The hearing level is greater and the service was excellent.

This has been the most fantastic adventure for me! With my two new hearing aids (only had one before and it no longer did the job), I can hear the branches rustle in the trees; I can hear my neighbor next door without going up to within six feet of him to understand what he was saying; I can hear the sermon at church; and I can mention so much more! All during the pandemic and enforced isolation, I waited patiently for a time I felt safe to see this hearing specialist. And, now, a done deal! Thanks so much for helping me!!!

Michael from Elite could not have been more pleasant and extremely professional .....I would really recommend them to anyone

I could not be more pleased with my new hearing aids! I don't know why I waited so long. I saw a ad for Elite Hearing Centers of America in the local newspaper and decided to look into it. The free hearing exam was very thorough and the results were displayed on a graph that Michael explained in great detail. He answered every question that I had about my hearing loss and what I could expect once I started wearing hearing aids. I began a 30-day free trial with the hearing aids that we both agreed were right for me. The improvement in my hearing was nothing short of amazing! Michael made a few minor adjustments to make sure they fit perfectly. Kelsey always made me feel welcome and called me during the first month to ask how I was doing with my new hearing aids. That's customer service! For the record, the staff always wears face masks, sanitizer is readily available and visits are by appointment only.

The wire on my hearing aid broke and my technician in Michigan referred me to this clinic. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the technician fixed the wire and discussed my options for various tips to fit my ears. I will definitely go back when I have issues with my hearing aids.

Elite Hearing is a first class organization who only wants to help you / your loved one's hear the world around them. When I visited this store I explained my father was having issues with his hearing aids. Without question, they carefully looked them over and cleaned them. That was all they needed. I asked "how much?" and they simply smiled said "no thank you." The best I could do in return is write this well deserved positive review. Remember, you are #1 and deserve the very best treatment.
