Visited Acadia in jensen beach this morning had great visit she made my day. Was able to fix my problem quickly. I appreciated her immensely.

I purchased my hearing aids 21/2 years ago. Noah has cleaned by hearing aids and serviced them to great satisfaction. He is knowledgeable and honest. I’m so pleased with his services. His receptionist is very efficient.

I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment time. I was greeted by the receptionist and offered refreshments. Within a couple of minutes, the Audiologist called me in and adjusted my hearing aids and I was soon finished and had a future appointment to ensure good hearing.

I have had Widex hearing aids for approximately 6 years so I chose Widex again. Several changes have been made during these years which I am very pleased about. I have had them for a couple of weeks and could not be more pleased at the improvement in my hearing! I have not been with Elite previously but saw their ad in the paper and decided to shop with them. First off Alecia was very friendly and suggested that Matt give me a call and talk about the product which led me to make an appointment due to his friendliness and knowledge. Could not be happier with the time spent in explaining my hearing aids and tv sound bar. Price is right and service is good what more can you ask for!

This office is going through a transition phase. Change of Audiologist and I am unable to communicate directly to the office. You have to go to a central phone relay and it is unknown if the message is transmitted. NOT the same wonderful service that I got 3 years go. Bernie B.

I dropped in and Acadia was at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and answered my questions. Because of her, I decided to use her/AudioNova as my go to hearing specialist.

My husband has been wearing hearing aids for the last five to six years. When he got them there wasn't much information given to him and the hearing test was so so. The hearing aids werent working anymore. So I went with him to the Jensen Beach location and was amazed at how professional and thorough Mat is. He really is sincere about wanting to help people hear better. My husband loves his new hearing aids and they now have special devices to help you hear the TV and when out in a noisy restaurant. We recomended Elite Hearing center to our sister in law and she was very impressed with the extent of the hearing test. She had gone to another hearing center and said they didn't do as thorough job as Mat did. She is getting hearing aids on Monday and we are excited for her.

Most comfortable hearing aids I ever wore the staff at the Jensen beach office are friendly knowledgeable and very professional and will make sure you know everything about the product you choice .did not buy the top of the line but their $1000 an ear ones

Hi , I have had hearing aids for about 40 years , and have never received such great service . Weston was very thorough , and fixed my current hearing aids which I bought a few years ago from someone else, and gave me a test all for nothing . I feel bad about that but he refused . I would rec.him highly .

Westin is the most caring audiologist I have ever been too. He goes out of his way for customer service. I called him from Kentucky because I had problems with one of my hearing aids. They wanted to sell me new hearing. I called him and he called Widex and called me back to tell me I could send the hearing aid to them and they could fix it for a nominable amount. He is always smiling and welcoming. I highly recommend Elite Hearing and Weston

When I walked in the first time I was greeted with a smile from Araceli she has gone above the and beyound to help me with my insurance.....then when i went back for my hearing test Weston treated me as a person and not a number and he really cared about my hearing.....my new hearing aids are almost as good as my hearing was as a child.....thank you so much

This place is by far the best hearing center my grandma has been to. The receptionist Araceli was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient and understanding because we were having issues with my grandma's insurance at first. Definitely will be recommending this location in Jenson to everyone.

Recently had my grandmother come here. The receptionist definitely was super informative and polite. Araceli was more than amazing; very patient and understanding. Everyone there were definitely a pleasure speaking to and attentive. Also the staff there went above and beyond to take care of my grandmother. Whether it was questions about her hearing aid, insurance,etc to even helping her to her car. (since she has bad knees) Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

I went to Elite Hearing Center in Jensen Beach, FL, seeking advice and possible adjustments regarding my hearing aids. Although I did not have an appointment, they offered to see me right away. After preliminary discussion to see what was needed, I took a basic hearing test in their sound booth, and various adjustments to my hearing aids were made according to my needs, along with advice and suggestions. I was extremely pleased with the service, kindness, explanations, and advice given by Derek Baxter, all at no charge. Other staff members were equally kind and polite. It was a very positive and helpful experience all the way around!

Alexis was very helpful in assisting my grandma when she visited the center. She was very patient and organized. The way she carefully explained things to my grandma displayed her thorough understanding of the center as well as the services they provide. If I can give her more than five stars I would! Definitely recommending this place to others

Alexis Correa is amazing. She helped answer all the question I needed in order to see what I had to do for my grandmother to make an appointment. She’s so sweet and has amazing customer service

This was the first time I had ever went to a hearing center. All the staff was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I'm so happy that I went!!!!!!
