There's customer service, and then there's being taken care of in a way that makes you feel extremely comfortable about dealing with something you don't want to - hearing loss. Madison and Jen have been simply stellar every time I've come in. They're patient, caring and go the extra mile to help you get situated and acclimated to a new way of hearing. Absolutely wonderful experience, I highly recommend this location and this team.

I love absolutely love this location. I came in to drop off a hearing aid that hasn't worked in over a week, so it could be shipped off to get repaired. But, Madison was able to fix it for me right there. I was in and out with a working hearing aid in less than 10 minutes! Customer service is great and Madison is awesome!

I googled the hearing Aids I wanted to buy and they were like $6900. Well I knew I couldn’t afford them so when I came in, I was looking at the lesser lesser ones and lo and behold. I was able to buy the The more expensive ones because I got a $2000 discount that is great. The hearing test was fantastic. I have never had anything like it before and the way that they were able to just program. My hearing aids was amazing. I love these guys check it out.

Everything was fine that it just that y'all cannot give me or help me get hearing aids I have seen my friends get hearing aids free most of all of them but when it's when I try to get her I cannot get in it I have to come up with so much money I don't work I'm retired and I don't get that much money from being retired I just have enough for me to live on pay my rent pay my car pay all of my insurance and buy me a lot of food and I guess that's about it if I was able to get some hearing aids it would be a good blessing for me so I guess I have to go back to Walmart and get me some of them big little hearing aid that don't fit in my ear but it's okay thank you y'all have a blessed

Jennifer, Madysen and April have been outstanding for customer support. April spent plenty of time to help me choose the right hearing aids for me. They are all always there to help with support in any ways with a smile and professionalism and very courteous. I would definitely reccomend them for your hearing aid needs.

I found NextGen through my Medicare Advantage Plan with Aetna. After an initial evaluation my hearing loss was approximately 40% in each ear. Working between Aetna, Nations Hearing, their Administratior for hearing benifits and Chris Hildenbrand @ NextGen I was able to purchase a good quality set of Hearing aids. From the start Chris was thorough and professional. He was patient and kind in helping me select corrective aids for me that also fit in MY price range. On both of my follow up visits, Chris made adjustments to improve the quality of my listening experience. I would highly recommend Chris Hildenbrand and NextGen Hearing Centers.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Chris was able to explain everything about the hearing aids that was easy for me to understand, when I had a little problem with the fit, he was able to adjust him, so I didn’t even feel them in my ears.

My experience here was oh so pleasant! Cady was so accommodating when I have to reschedule twice. Chris who did my hearing test was so professional and clearly explained to me the results. Both Chris and Cady exudes that aura of sincerity to serve a client. I wish their facility would become my Insurance Provider!

Great folks to work with. Got me the devices I wanted at a better price than I expected to pay. Handled the filing with my insurance carrier so I didn't have to deal with that. My hearing aids worked well from day one. Thanks for doing a great job.

My recent experience here was 10/10. my son is getting a small procedure for his ears and Cady gave me some great advice and helped to put my mind at ease. She was very welcoming and provided excellent customer care.

Went in expecting to be pushed, to buy hearing aids and April did an ear inspection and said your done here, until you go thru wax removal. Then gave some good advice, how to go about getting it done properly. April is AWESOME!

Even though the marketing was for my father-in-law the customer service has been amazing. April worked with me to determine which is the best hearing aid for me. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with the product. Jennifer has been wonderful as well.

I received a flyer to come in for a hearing test and receive a Publix gift card. We went there and the staff said they will send it via the mail. It’s been 2 months now and nothing. This is cheating and unethical. I don’t care about the gift card but if you promise something to your patient/potential client. You should keep your promise.
