Went in to get a hearing test done today and I could not be happier with my experience. It was my first time doing this and I didn’t know what to expect but April explained everything and made it super easy to understand. I’m glad I was referred here by my eye surgeon! Thank you April (and Jen who I spoke on the phone with to book the appointment). You are both incredible at what you do!!

I have been seeing April Gonzales for a few years now and she has taken the best care of me! She is truly concerned with my severe hearing issue and has never gave up trying to improve my hearing! She gives me hope as I want to hear better as much as possible. She always makes me feel welcomed every visit (which warms my heart) and takes her time with me never feeling rushed! Miss April is very knowledgeable and always tries for the right adjustments with my hearing aids as my hearing changes now and then. I highly recommend Miss April because you won’t find anyone who is truly concerned!

Stopped by AudioNova (Jacksonville) today with an issue with my hearing aids. They immediately diagnosed the issue; determined the best (and least expensive) to fix the issue; fixed it and I was out of the store in roughly 5 minutes. Their front desk staff are simply awesome. The best I've ever worked with and in addition to being efficient and effective they were very pleasant to work with. Gave them 5 stars only because I couldn't give them 6!

I can’t recommend enough the Elite Hearing Center in Jacksonville Beach. Mr. Winston Hines makes all the difference. He is not only amazing audiologist, he is incredible professional. Very passionate about what he does and it reflects on the customer service he offers. If there is one statement to describe his service, it will be “over and above”. The staff at Elite Hearing is an amazing group of people. My first visit here was for service due to a problem with one hearing aid. I was welcomed by Haley & subsequently, Weston (HAS) & Jackson. The aid could not be repaired locally & had to be sent back to factory as it was still under warranty. Weston offered a pair of “loaner” aids until my aid could be repaired & returned. That generous offer was a life saver!!! Weston (HAS), Jackson & Haley are professional, courteous & personable & will do whatever necessary to solve your hearing issues. No pressure to purchase new aids whatsoever. I would highly recommend Elite Hearing in Jax Beach for all of your hearing needs.

I had a problem with my charger for my hearing aids I purchased in another state. I called the Jax Beach Elite store and talked with Haley the receptionist. I explained what was going on and she told me to stop by and Mr. Weston would look at the charger. Turns out the hearing aid died and just needed to be rebooted it was not the charger. This Elite center has the nicest and most helpful folks you could ask for. They not only took me in without an appointment but fixed the problem, replaced the hearing aid amplifier, and cleaned them and would take no money. Purchasing these aids was a big decision and the best I ever made. If I had realized how much I was missing from very bad hearing loss I would have done it years ago. I will tell anyone reading this review being able to hear and communicate with your family is PRICE LESS!!!! Don’t wait another day you will realize it is worth every dime you spend to hear normally again. 10/3/25 Had to go back to Audio Nova formerly Elite Hearing center because the wire came out of my left hearing aid. I had the same issue 3 weeks before with my right one. April looked it it and was able to snap the wire back in right there. April and Tyler are the friendliest and most helpful folks you could ever hope to work with. If you are looking for hearing aids look no further than Audio Nova they are the best.

Having Hearing Aids now 6 years plus from another hearing franchise and 1 year ago with a highly regarded hearing institution this was the most thorough and best testing i have ever experienced. I purchased new hearing aids from Elite Hearing (Erika Bergeron). Today my 1st day with them and i can already day its the best Ivey experience.

Most wonder-full experience I’ve had at a doctors office in a long time. Nice location, great waiting room with a very special receptionist! Then I met the most extraordinary doctor. He is in every way the doctor you long to see. Makes you comfortable from greeting through the entire appointment. He has vast knowledge about hearing deficit and how to use hearing aids effectively. He is funny, bright, charming and patient. I am so very glad I finally got to see Dr. Caudill. I have been very upset with my hearing aids. He was able to fit them properly in my ear and teach me about the programming I can use to adequately set them as intended by the manufacturer. Praises and kudos to Michael Caudill.

Erica, the hearing specialist, is wonderful!! Very warm, caring and professional. Elle, the receptionist is wonderful as well.

I can say enough good things about Elite Hearing Center and Erica in Jacksonville Beach. Erica was very patient with me and teaching me the technology that goes with my new Phonak Hearing aids. She took her time to explain each step of setting up my hearing aids. These were my first hearing aids and I was apprehensive about using them. Erica explained everything to me very carefully so I would be comfortable with the hearing aids. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Elite Hearing Centers. After 15 years of only hearing 50% of what was being said, I bit the bullet and visited Elite Hearing Center at the Beaches. The receptionist, Ele, was very professional, courteous, and put me at ease right away. Then I met Erica, their Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist, who gave me a thorough hearing test. I was never rushed, and the hearing aids I decided upon work like a charm. (Even my tinnitus is 75% gone) As for service, there’s another five star rating because of Erica’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge. I actually thought crickets no longer took up residence in my backyard, but it’s relaxing to once again sit out on my back porch at night and listen to the relaxing sounds of nature. Thank you, Erica. I hear ya!!!

Matthew is extremely knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. He administered an accurate hearing test and fitted me with CIC hearing aids that have exceeded my expectation. He promptly made any adjustments required. His staff is friendly, professional and well trained.

My husband recently bought hearing aids from Elite Hearing Centers. The staff was pleasant, and Matthew was very thorough in testing and explaining the process. This is his 3rd hearing aid purchase and by far, the best experience.

Brought my father here for his new hearing aides. Excellent attention by audiologist Matthew. He went above and beyond to ensure the fitting was perfect, and that the aides were fine-tuned and optimized for his hearing deficit, which is significant. Scheduling and customer service by staff was also excellent.

Our experience was wonderful and they did an excellent job explaining in detail what hearing aid would best benefit my wife.

I have had 70% loss of hearing in right ear for 50 plus years due to injury surgery would not work. Elite hearing made everything work as far as the process. I was comfortable for the whole thing. A very happy customer.
