I knew I had a hearing deficit but was in denial. Wanting to wait until the sale of hearing aids did not require an audiologist and prices came down, but tired of not hearing conversations and television, I relented and went to Connect Hearing in Englewood for a hearing test. I was very impressed with the technology involved in the testing and knowledgeable hearing aid specialist, Mike. Pam at the front desk was wonderful as well. Together they make a great team. I was given a trial pair of hearing aids, programmed for my specific hearing loss, and it opened a whole new world for me. I could not wait to own a pair and am no longer in denial!

My husband received his hearing aids today. Karen was terrific! She is patient, kind and has a great sense of humor. She spent a great deal of time advising my husband and myself what to expect when first using them and how to manage/care for the new hearing aids. Brenda who sets up appointments was a pleasure. An extremely professional office that puts forth a great deal of time and effort to make sure your new hearing aids work for you! Thank you!

I didn't realize how much my hearing could be improved over my old hearing aids until Karen Z convinced me I would be able to hear so much better. My first reaction was I couldn't afford them but she introduced me to Care and an easy payment plan. I can now hear things I never heard before. It's like I now have super hearing! I would definitely recommend Connect Hearing ... and their follow up for satisfaction has been superb!!

I have had hearing problems for about 2 years. I have hearing aides that I have had since my move from Chicago 2 years ago and I needed help. I had been to another hearing clinic that would not help except to sell me new ones for over $3500.00. Connect Hearing changed the tubing and cleaned the hearing sides for free. They were so kind and helpful. I was very impressed. One of these days I will actually NEED new hearing aides and I will purchase them here where service is excellent vs somewhere that is only interested in the sale. Thank you for your kindness.
