Excellent services, hearing test

Just left Audionova had problems with my ears, not the equipment The people here are absolutely fantastic, including Megan at the front desk and Shawn very attentive very helpful takes the time to make sure that your problems are addressed they have been a tremendous help through all of this. can’t say enough good about them.

Bought a set from another location and needed help fast...they solved my problem quickly and professionally, highly recommend this store and staff!

I received my hearing aids through the VA as disabled vet. Early this Friday pm one aid became quite low in volume. I did what I could without success and called the VA. Fixing through VA might have taken days or possibly weeks due to Covid I was told. I spoke to Bree" at Hometown who told me she had time to look it over. She discovered that a "thin tube" was blocked and she quickly fixed it and I was back in business fast. This could not have gone better. They treated me well.

At Hometown Hearing Center I have had the best care from Dr. Matthew Cramer. He has always taken the time to make sure my hearing aids are doing the best they can for the type of hearing loss that I have. I trust them completely.

I am very pleased with the new owner of Hometown Hearing Center . I am a snowbird in Florida. I live in NH. Dr Carmal was very patient with me. He explained everything to me and my husband. He didn’t rush me. He tried lots of different techniques to help me hear better. The best part is that my hearing aids are a year old and are in great condition. Dr Carmal is reaching out to some of his colleagues so that I may get a hearing aid cleaning in my area. I am very impressed.. I thank you again Dr Carmal.

Jessica and Dr. Cramer were very kind hearted and welcoming to my dear mother. Dr. Cramer told us mom's hearing aids were set way too loudly, so he adjusted them. I have worn hearing aids for years. I have been to many hearing centers. I have never been treated as well as I was here at Home Town Hearing Center in DeLand. The Dr went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Amazing staff! I feel they really went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law, they made us feel comfortable. They actually cared about my mother-in-law's hearing, not just making a sale.

The staff is amazing. I had an amazing experience working with Jessica the front desk personnel. Her knowledge and expertise, along with her quality of care and ability to relate to her patients is by far the best of the best! She listened attentively to the issues I was having and worked with me diligently till I was totally satisfied and happy.
