I was having problems understanding some speech and sounds with my 3+ year old Phonak hearing aids. Robert, the hearing Aid Specialist, cleaned and adjusted my Phonak hearing aids after a hearing test. I was astonished with the improvement in my hearing after adjustments Robert made. My wife & I are from Stoney Creek, Ontario & have been down in Cape Coral for the past 6 weeks. I was fitted with hearing aids at the local Connect Hearing Clinic back home 2 years ago. There had previously been a reciprocal arrangement with the U.S. clinics in case of any service issue but unfortunately it was cancelled last summer. I nevertheless visited this clinic to see if they could check one of the ear pieces for a snug fitting as the thin plastic “micro” tube had been dislodged during cleaning. Lisa quickly identified the problem & adjusted the tube perfectly. A simple adjustment & no charge. Fantastic service & Lisa has a fabulous personality......Connect Hearing rocks, thank you!

Top Notch Professionals! Bob Perkins and his two assistants come to our 55 gated community once a month and offer us free hearing tests/ checks, and help our residents with hearing aid cleaning and batteries! No pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful to all of us! Wonderful people!

Stopped to get batteries for my aids and just had a wonderful experience. Lisa Dombrowski greeted me with a friendly smile and was eager to help me. Olga Perkins came out from the back and greeted me as well and offered to clean my hearing aids for me if I had time, which I did. I went in for a box of batteries and enjoyed nice conbersation with Lisa and Olga and even got my hearing aids cleaned. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. I am from the middle of central Illinois and my Connect hearing location was closed. I wish I could move the Cape Coral office home with me.

Great experience today. In need of a repair to one of my hearing aids and a visitor (snowbird) to the area, I contacted Connect Hearing in hope they would be able to assist me. This place is amazing. Lisa is so nice and professional. She goes above and beyond to get all the details from your insurance company so the patient knows exactly what their benefits cover. Bob was so patient with my dad who has severe hearing loss and he went above and beyond to get the best benefit for my dad. Highly recommend this facility for your hearing aid needs. Will be going back for my mom's hearings aid in the future.

I went into the Cape Coral store to inquire about hearing aids for my dad. I was greeted by Lisa, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered by Bob and Olga, and any concerns I had are now gone. All of the staff there are welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, and really put my mind at ease about this decision. Will be taking my dad there for an exam soon!
