I want to start off by saying that this was my second set of hearing aids, my first pair I got from Sam’s. I had heard that they were good quality and a decent price , and most of us worry about money . Between the muffling sound that I heard in my head, I never could get a good quality from the Hearing Aids , l took them back . I don’t mind spending the money , but I have no intention of leaving 1800$ on my dresser every day because I end up not wearing them . The people at Sam’s were very nice and tried to help , but I had given up to the fact that they just work . They gave me my refund and I went on my way . Now of course my hearing hasn’t gotten any better and I still need hearing aids. My friend Joe hands me an add for hearing aids from Elite Hearing , so l made an appointment. Just knowing that it was a waste of time, l did it anyway . 3 weeks later , l LOVE my hearing aids. I was so wrong , and I don’t mind saying so and I absolutely love the staff 🥰 . Robert is understanding , and l love going to see him . Brittney is very helpful , and she keeps Joe entertained while I am getting my hearing aids looked at . Thumbs up 👍

Both Dr. Pena and Britany are exceptionally helpful. I got the best hearing aids and service that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I would highly recommend using them. They are the very best!

Lainie Caperna, our hearing aid specialist, was phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable in fitting my dad with hearing aids. Lainie was so patient, kind and made the process so easy.

My dad couldn’t get any doctor to help him hear. After years of trying different hearing aids, we came to Elite Hearing Center and magic happened! Dr Peña didn’t try talking us into purchasing new hearing aids. Instead he custom made new ear pieces to perfection. I honestly don’t know how he makes money as he spends so much time with his patients and allows you to come back whenever you need help! His staff is kind and thoughtful too. He even gives Veterans complementary service! If you are looking for quality care and exceptional service with a knowledgeable doctor then this is the place for you!

I am very pleased with Robert and Renee, they both go above and beyond helping their customers with their hearing aids. Robert and Renee have been wonderful! Robert did an extensive hearing test for my Dad and explained everything so clearly. These have been the best hearing aides that my Dad has had. We tried 2 different kinds previous to these. The ones from Elite Hearing Center are by far the best! I highly recommend them.

Outstanding client service and availability! Office is clean and well maintained. Renee at the front desk is personable, accommodating and efficient. My mother lost her hearing aid when taking her mask off, and I saw an ad on the paper . I met with Bob and he told me there were new owners and he was able to utilize their connections with the manufacturer. Even though I did not originally purchased my mother's hearing aids there, Bob was able to get me a replacement. What a relief. Go see Bob, he was a gem!!!
