AudioNova is a true 10 when it comes to professional, customer service and expertise in a rather competitive field. They trulty stand alone and are so warm and personable. Their receptionship/assistant Jewel is truly a Jewel. She is so attentive to each customer and potential customer. She's extremely knowledable, helpful and pleasant. She's light year's ahead of her age. This is the only place to go to and for outstanding ongoing service.

Everyone at Active Life Hearing is kind and patient and the audiologist Michanne Davidson is incredibly skilled but the downside is that she is very hard to get an appointment with especially during the initial adjustment period.

I had a good experience with Active Life Hearing. Did not want to purchase from a big box store and wanted the personal service and location that only a neighborhood business can give. Michanne Davidson was my audiologist. This is my first time using hearing aids and the testing, purchase, and adjustment went very smoothly. Highly recommend. My hearing has really improved!

This is a terrific well run practice. People are very polite, accommodating and answer any question that concerns your particular issue. I would highly recommend if you have or need hearing test or loss to make an appointment.

If you are new with hearing aids make sure get details information otherwise get second opinion before order from this place, the miscommunication is terrible, and when they do a mistake they just wash her hands without solutions, well their solution is get a new device, if you are taking care of elderly family member do not get services from them. You will lose money.

The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. They really take their time to explain to you about hearing aids and answer all your questions. They don’t rush you and make you feel like you’re they’re only customer. Very focused but do not pressure you at all. A large variety of options and costs. Excellent and comfortable examinations.

Nicole is the 1st person who has been helpful in trying to find a solution to the ear fit problem. She has also been following through on the left hearing aid that maintains a constant intermittent soft beeping noise.

This year, I had finally had enough of missing parts of conversations and continually having to turn up the volume on my speakers because I couldn’t hear the nuances of voices and instruments. After searching for a hearing specialist for two months, I had the great good fortune of finding Dr. Michanne Davidson at the Active Life Hearing offices in Boynton Beach, Florida. From the moment I stepped into the facility to the moment I completed the visit, Dr. Davidson and her staff were proficient, professional, and personable. Dr. Davidson’s examination of my ears was extremely thorough. She spent as much time as I needed and always made me feel as if I was her only patient. Her expertise, as well as her use and understanding of the technological advances in the field of audiology helped us pinpoint the hearing aids that would suit my needs and lifestyle by showing me the many hearing aids available. And it was clear that the comfortable atmosphere Dr. Davidson created in the office filtered down to her wonderful staff. I was referred to Active Life Hearing by my old audiologist in Brooklyn, so I didn't get there by accident. I am a musician right next to deaf, they were very attentive in testing me and tuning my new Oticons to my requirements. As an old time guitarist, I have had the experience of other hearing aids clipping and cutting out, not being responsive in rendering what I think it should sound like, making it a drag. My new Oticons have two programs, one with noise reduction and one without, it is fabulous. I was very satisfied with everything about my visit. Go there and stop saying WHAT to everybody :-)
