We received an invitation to receive a free hearing test from AudioNova. We made an appointment and received a very extensive hearing test from a very personal and expert Board Certified Hearing Care Provider Matthew Kassem. He explained everything thoroughly. By the end of the explanation, I was convinced that the hearing aid he recommended was the one for me. I tried the aids and was extremely pleased. I no longer have to struggle to hear people and could hear TV clearly at a normal level. The cost of these Swiss precision made hearing aids may be more than many other types but these are custom made and worth every penny I paid. I can go back and meet with Matthew any time if I have questions or need additional training. This is definitely the place and the person to see if you need a quality hearing aid.

I can’t fully express the positive impact this place has made on my personal life and career. I have a very challenging type of hearing loss and a job where good hearing is critical. I’ve spent years struggling until I started working with Matthew in the Boca location. The level of service and genuine passion to help has proved to make such a bigger impact than any particular hearing aids by themselves. The programming and service is what makes the difference. I never understood that until now. They are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile, which has made my experience so significant. I’m writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else in the same situation!

5 Stars PLUS!!! The staff at Active Life Hearing is totally commited to providing professional customer service in the most exceptional manner! Although I have been wearing basic hearing aids for a few years (purchased from a warehouse store), I never really liked them. They were "OK" I recently developed a significant hearing issue which required specialty (Bi-Cros) hearing aids. I shopped the usual mass merchandisers with their high pressure (ie. car salesman) techniques. After researching various brands, I contacted Active Life Hearing, Boca Raton, because they sell some of the highest rated brands under one roof. Their receptionist, Denise, was friendly and quickly gave me an appointment with Matthew Kassem. During my initial consultation, Matthew reviewed my needs and guided me through the selection process. He quoted me a very competitive price. Over the following 4 weeks, he allowed me to "demo" several different brands and models. He was incredibly patient with me and always addressed my questions/concerns in a totally professional way, while never making me feel like just another patient. After making my final selection, I am now thrilled with my new hearing aids, which have been life changing. The entire staff at Active life Hearing can write the textbook on Professional Customer Satisfaction! They have totally exceeded my expectations!! No need to go anywhere else!!!

Very successful readjustment of hearing aids by professional staff

Very professional and most helpful. Matthew took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease. I highly recommend working with them.

First, when you enter there is a smiling receptionist and it is spotless and clean. I was asked what my expectations were and what are my problems. The hearing testing was as complete as I have ever had and the results was explained to me. Options then discussed and a temporary hearing aide was offered. The entire experience was totally professional, friendly and warm.

My experience has been excellent here. The receptionists have been pleasant and efficient. Matthew is friendly, helpful and professional. I am happy to have the opportunity to do business with Active Life Hearing.

I just had the good fortune of dealing with Dr. Davidson. She is a very highly trained, highly skilled and very knowledgeable audiologist in both hearing loss and tinnitus. This was the second time I met with Michanne Davidson "my audiologist". She is knowledgeable and dedicated to improving my hearing. After updating the software on my hearing aids she made some adjustments and today I felt I followed a conversation with three other people better than I had during the three years I've had these hearing aids.

I had been delaying purchasing hearing aids due to the expense investment of time. Poor reasoning. My hearing has continued to decline--so--only one answer-- hearing aids. I had the good fortune of being referred to Active Life Hearing--and the skill set and niceness employed by everyone there, made me question why who constructed such a wonderful team. Mathew is highly focused, clearly skilled, enjoys what he does, and couldn't be nicer with patients. Michanne, the practice's owner has helped me navigate this pricey labyrinth of amplification and redirected.She too has been a pleasure to deal with--and does an amazing job deftly juggling patients and other responsibilities.. She's special. I will be going back periodically for hearing aid adjustments.This is an "old school" group--with attentiveness,concern,PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, and wants to enrich the lives of patients with compromised hearing.
