I purchased a Phonak I90 Sphere last month. Linda carefully adjusted the new hearing aid to match my current level of hearing loss. After using it for over a month, I was convinced that it was wonderful. The sound quality is better than I have imagined and expected. I am very satisfied with her adjustment. Linda is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I feel she is a truly reliable professional.

Diane Combs and assistant Crystal are incredible. Diane is obviously genius. Great sense of humor , nice and caring . Helped me big time !!! I’m a jazz pianist. I have music damage plus age. Still cool though :)) She understood it and has got me me back to what I love. We musicians are picky ! Excellent test, technology, explanations, personality . She loves what she is doing and people. Breath of fresh air .She is fair price wise too.

I have been going to Connect Hearing located at 6702 West Coal Mine Avenue, Littleton, CO 80123 for the last 5 plus years for my hearing problems and hearing aid needs. Dr. Diana Combs, AuD has been providing excellent services to me during each visit. This morning she gave me a very comprehensive hearing test and took the time to explain the test results in lay person's language so I the patient could understand. The above services were provided at no cost to me. Dr. Combs is a very caring, competent and true professional in the field of audiology. Patient care, both short and long-term, on-going periodic check-ups, recommendations for hearing aids with changing technologies, managing patient costs, appropriate insurance to fit individual needs and budgets are her first and foremost priority. I will recommend Connect Hearing, Littleton, CO office under Dr. Combs care and management to anyone.

After ten years of hearing aid use and my third set of hearing aids I've finally found a company and audiologist that is really good at what she does and really helpful. Her product support and patient care is the best that I've ever had. I highly recommend Diana Combs, AuD for hearing aids and audiology service.

We were told to come in between 1 and 2 pm.We arrived at 1:15 and there was a sign on the door that they would return at 1.It is now 1:36. I choose to believe something unavoidable happened. By contrast, my wife has had nothing but excellent service here and believes this experience is an anomaly.
