Got AudioNova's new hearing aids and could not be more pleased. They are so much better than hearing aids I've had before that they seem like a whole, new world. First, the background noise that is so disconcerting is almost completely eliminated. Then, where voices were tinny sounding, they now sound like normal voices. Great for conversation. I am altogether satisfied. And to beat that, they are having a sale that brought the price right down to where a regular person could afford them. Wonderful product.

We LOVE Jonas... he is always so accommodating when we have challenges. We are on vacation, having some major challenges with my mom's hearing aids. I called Jonas and he helped us get an urgent, next day appt. With Patty in Decatur, GA. She got us in I think during her lunch, and got us fixed up! Mom can hear again and we are so grateful. I love coming hear. The office is so clean and the staff is very professional. Jonas the audiologist is so patient and very knowledgeable about all the devices and keeps me informed with the new updates and new hearing aids coming available. It's worth the 1 hour drive for me.

This is for the Whittier office. Why do you tell people that the list price for Phonak hearing aids is 13k? And why are you on any insurance networks? You tell people if you bill through network that you have to bill for $13000 and the price to the patient will then be higher than if they just pay you $4000 and skip all that. Nowhere online have I seen that price for those hearing aids, including on the Phonak website itself. My theory is you are on insurance plans to direct patients to your business. You then feed these patients a line, make your money immediately without having to spend the time to bill insurance and wait for payment from them. You do this knowing most of your patients are senior citizens and not likely to question the whole procedure. Is your audiologist actually even licensed, or is that part of the scam?

Life changing!! Back story-Upon my arrival I was nervous and scared. I had gone through over 4 years of tinnitus and poor hearing. A TBI injury from head trauma had me dealing with the workman's compensation process and the challenges that come with their follow through to help. Then-Jonas (My personal Super Hero!) came into the picture. He completed the most comprehensive tests that had received and prescribed the perfect hearing aid. He even provided "extraordinary" service by following up with the company to make sure the equipment I needed would be authorized. I am forever grateful for his caring spirit for a patient that needed his super powers.

They have great customer service! They truely show that they care about their clients. The audiologist was able to answer all my questions about my moms hearing aids since it was going to be her first time trying some. When I called , the receptionist was super friendly and tried her best to find an appt that worked with my schedule. I will definetly recommend this to my friends and family.
