Elizabeth has been responsive and available to all my questions and issues immediately. I have sent her emails over the weekend, expecting a Monday morning response, to receiving a return email during her time off. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and has been able to provide answers to all my questions (and there have been many!). I highly recommend Elizabeth at Audio Nova for all you hearing needs.

22MAR2025 I am Beyond Impressed. It is rare to be treated so Professionally, Kindly, Patiently, Caringly, Efficiently and Informatively. This Practise is Extremely Clean, Organized, Professional and Pleasant.... and Parking, since they're located at the end of the Louws Park close to Magnolia Ave, makes Parking there a breeze. I could not wish for even slightly better treatment, They Are The Best and Worked Proactively, Extremely Quickly and Successfully with My Medical Insurance. Elizabeth helped me select my new hearing aids and I am very happy with them. She went over the different options for me and what was available. I went in thinking I wanted one kind but after she showed me my options I left with something much better. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions and went back in and she helped me with taking my old ones off and pairing my new ones on my iPhone. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Took my grandmother in for an ear consult with Elizabeth Guerrero. From the lobby Elizabeth was demeaning and yelling to my grandmother in a very rude/annoyed tone. She began insulting my grandmother for even thinking about questioning her expertise and was backing her into a mental corner. Absolute worst patient service I’ve ever witnessed in my life and completely carefree! This was all done in front of my own eyes and even after I told her what she was doing was wrong, which was verbally and mentally abusing an elderly individual, Elizabeth still got extremely sassy and sarcastic with me. Note for the general public that this Connect Hearing allows people who abuse the elderly to work and give medical advice. BEWARE. If I could rate this place a 0 out of five stars I would. NEVER give this place business!

Excellent service and extremely patient with my grandmother who's showing early signs of Alzheimer's. Everything is handled in a timely manner and work around our schedule with zero hassle. Follow-up appointments are performed fast and efficiently by competent professionals. Highly recommend this place! ✌️👽
