My husband was fitted with new hearing aids. He has had hearing aids for years but the new technology they fitted him with seem to be he best so far. Anthony and Ericka spent a lot of time making sure his hearing aids made him happy and matched his needs. Definitely recommend them.

I was in need of ear impressions for hearing protection. I had seen there sign driving by and gave them a call. They were very friendly and got me set up with an appointment the next week. The process has been great.

I would have given it a 5 but for the fact that I filled out my paperwork online and upon arrival I had to fill out again. I was told they didn’t receive. It is very inconvenient and they should really get it straightened out. I have much difficulty holding a pen and writing due to my present disability. The wait time and the visit was a pleasant experience. I was examined and explained my results in a very comprehensive manner.

It was a pleasant experience and a very comprehensive hearing test. I was able to take a pair of loaner hearing aids home that had been customized to my hearing loss to try out. What an eye opener. I could hear my wife, phone conversations and the TV like I haven't been able to hear for a very long time. Thank you Carol and Gina for your time and expertise.

I received excellent service for my hearing needs at Connect Hearing on Canyon Crest Dr. in Riverside. They encourage you to go once a year for a hearing checkup which includes a full hearing exam at no charge. The staff, Carol and Stephanie, are great - I highly recommend this office. What a pleasant experience!

I had a positive experience with Connect Hearing in Canyon Crest. They were very friendly and explained everything. They explained that my health insurance covered the full cost to getting tested and a pair of hearing aids that would resolve my hearing difficulties. I was given an full hearing exam. They showed me a pair aid that would fit my needs. My insurance approved the aids in less than a week. Two weeks later I came in and was given my pair. They gave me some instruction on use and care. I waited a month to write this personal review. I am getting use to hearing the sounds I've been missing for a few years. To sum things up I would highly recommend Connect Hearing for your hearing needs.

This office is fantastic, they just changed team members and the new team really helps us hard/non hearing folks the best I have been treated since I started wearing hearing aids over 9 years. I am happy the new team is on board and look forward to interaction with them going forward! The best experience I have had with my hearing support team!

I recommend going to Connect Hearing in Riverside. Dr. Andrew Calderon is friendly and good at picking out hearing aids to fit your need. He takes his time with you and will answer any questions you may have from what kind of hearing aids are best for you to payments.

The office staff was very nice & helpful, he made feel comfortable through out the process. I didn't need need hearing aids however I would recommend anybody to get their hearing tested here!!!
