I am a caregiver for someone who has significant difficulty with his continually changing hearing ability. I am so grateful to the staff for their expedience in scheduling and/or squeezing him in. Nadine is always so friendly and helpful. She was even able to get authorization from his insurance to issue him a new pair of hearing aids that are more suitable for his needs. We are so appreciative and highly recommend this office to others.

Awesome and very high quality service! With very much patience, kindness and love we have been consulted (at our first visit) and then instructed (at our second visit) how my mother should use the hearing aids. The products are very efficient but it might take a little while to my mother to get used to them. All the services they have provided so far: scheduling the appointment, waiting tine and consultation deserve fully 5 stars and more! Much appreciation to the Ladies at Connect Hearing for the excellent service provided!

Nice people, excellent service

The entire staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process and aided my grandfather with adjusting his hearing aids each time he had any concerns. Nadine was excellent in delivering instructions for the hearing aids and was accommodating when my grandfather had to issues with the echo and volume of the hearing aids. It was easy to make appointments and all of our questions/concerns were always answered. All in all, I would highly recommend this place! Thank you to the entire Connect Hearing staff for all of your help!

Friendly staff, and amazing service! We were out of town when my husband urgently needed a minor repair to his hearing aid, and they got him back up and running lightning fast! We are so pleased with the service and staff here, we'd definitely be getting his next hearing aids here if it weren't a 9 hour drive from our home (but we still might!). Definitely recommend Connect Hearing for all your hearing aid needs!

I asked for a Hail Mary today and received it. I was OUTRAGED over being CANCELED from Connect Hearing in Riverside FOR THE THIRD TIME AND NOT BEING TOLD. After 2 hours of wasted time OVER THE PHONE AFTER AN HOUR DRIVE FROM VICTORVILLE. I made my way back to Redlands LOCATION asking for a Hail Mary i needed these hearing aids because I am in a big court trial as a court official and need to hear. And sure as day they helped me with everything Ineeded. This by far has been my favorite hearing aid place and there customer service proves it time and time again. I can advertise forever on something I believe so strong in! The warm welcome and immediate comfort I felt was amazing! ERIKA was a true gem in the sand! The old school hospitality to thE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. Nadine even with a customer allowed Ericka to fix my hearing aids so I can get back to work. This place needs to teach Riverside Canyon Crest about customer service and serving with COMPASSION and empathy Ericka your help with people was enough by itself. If i could give 10 stars i would. ERIKA YOU ARE THE BEST EVER! THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME IN WHEN IM IN A HURRY AND RUSHING! You have SAVED MY LIFE WITH THESE HEARING AIDS! The times I've been here with my grandma she's loved every experience so far. The people here are very nice and friendly plus she loves their coffee!

I have been bringing my grandfather here for years. No one has taken care of him like Connect Hearing does. They go out of their way to follow up with him to make sure he is getting the best from his hearing aids. When walking into the new office which is beautiful and outstanding by the way, Jessica is very welcoming and always has a smile on her face. Customer service is important to me and she displays it well every time. Nadine and Melinda also go out of their way to greet us and converse as if we’re all one big family. I have never felt so comfortable walking into a medical office as I do with Connect Hearing. I recommend them to every person I know! They have yet to let me down and have earned their 5 stars well! A+ For the last 10 or so years I have been bringing patients to this business for all of their hearing needs. I have seen them do everything from testing to cleaning to just listening to the patient's stories. I even had one patient tell me not to let anyone know about their "miracle" so that they could hear what people really said about them. Now that I am in that position myself, after 50+ years of motorcycles, target practicing & a fun filled life ~ of course I went to the best - Connect Hearing. I do know that they are a nationwide company,beven an international company but I am so delighted with Nadine Pascual and her polite, caring, respectful and efficient staff here, I would go nowhere else other than for an absolute emergency service, even though it would be 'covered' elsewhere. You will not regret going here. They ROCK!

Though my hearing aid is set way to low. I can not hear people, even one on one. I have an appointment to hopefully fix that.
