I had an appointment today at 8:45am. I went early at 8:30am and checked in at front desk. Very long story story the dr Sara Monterrosa was very unprofessional. She kept stating I didn’t have an appointment today and then changed her story that my appointment was later on in the day. I felt very discriminated and confused why she was acting like this. She was not being profesional. I decided to keep quite at first and just try to get my hearing aids checked but she still kept complaining that I didn’t have an appointment for today and I showed her proof of confirmation for my appointment today at 8:45am and she didn’t even apologize for making up lies.

Service was exceptional. New office was confusing for first time visit. A map with instructions for parking etc would have been helpful.

I've left approximately 10-15 messages regarding my father (I'm his POA). No one has ever returned my calls. Even their answering service can't get ahold of them. The answering service has told me they can see someone typing on "teams" (the online communication system they use internally) but then they stop typing and don't respond to them either. No one ever picks up the phone from this location. If you want a place where over the phone customer service is important to you then this is NOT it.

Hearing specialist Sara Monterrosas is super nice, informative and helpful. She helped us when my mother first got her hearing aid back in January and just today to reset the device so she can use it again. Thank you so much Ms. Monterrosas and keep up the great work

I had a new patient appointment at 9 I was kept waiting for 30 min no one ever came to check on me didn’t bother to tell me they’re running behind nothing! Finally at the 35 min mark someone comes out says they’re seeing patients I asked if its normal to keep people waiting for 30 min she says sometimes patients take longer I asked why didn’t they take that into account & make my appointment later. When I made the appointment I was told 1st appointment of the day was taken next was at 9. How was I supposed to know they only have 1 person working in the office? I TOOK A SICK DAY FOR THIS APPOINTMENT! I just left. My time is valuable too & this woman Sara could care less. Horrible place horrible way to treat their patients. I took a precious sick day for this & got nothing. STAY AWAY!

Sara is great, and was very helpful during our meeting. She conducted a hearing test for me, which was informative and helped me to see where I was losing some of my hearing. Thanks very much!

Connect Hearing is amazing. Their staff is great. I love that they are super friendly and treat everyone with great professionalism and respect. My dad's hearing aids didn't come in the morning they were expected. Melanie called the manufacturer to obtain shipping information and then called FedEx to obtain exact delivery time. Dana is great! She is very easy going and works well with the client. My dad loved that he felt welcomed, valued, and treated with respect. I can't thank Connect Hearing enough for their wonderful services and their amazing staff! Outstanding service!

Dana Ryan was the best hearing Professional ear Dr.i have ever been to.She was ver kind and explained Everything to me.I bought my yearning aides else where.l am not happy with them they habroke 5 times in one year.They we’re very expensive. I am still paying for them.6 thousand dollars.Dana too the time to call the manufacturer the make mine,they are very out dated.I was in her office for two hours,and she had patients waiting.Just to make mine so I could here better.Thank You Dana your so kind.

I’ve been using Connect Hearing in Orange for the past several years. Dana is a true professional and an expert in her field. Dana is compassionate and takes the time to answer all questions regarding my hearing loss. The front desk clerk, Melanie, is also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone suffering from a hearing loss.

First of all, Melanie, who handles the front office was very sweet and professional. She made the process of making an appointment easy. When I left a message she called me back and was very polite. Then once I took my 80-year-old dad in, I was was super impressed by the service he got from Dana. She was very kind to him and worked around his disabilities. She was super careful in removing the ear wax he had in his ears and changed out the plastic tubes (which had gotten hard and cracked and thus allowing sound to escape) from his hearing aids. She took the time to explain things. Dad came out super happy because he could hear again! I highly recommend this team. Can't speak for the other locations but I definitely recommend the Orange location.

Dana has helped us find the right hearing aides for him and is very good at explaining how to use and care for them. And Melanie is a wonderful new addition to the group. She is very helpful with appointments and insurance. They are a good group to work with!!

The people at Connect hearing in Orange are extremely helpful and courteous, Lisa welcomed us so lovely and cheerful, and very polite, Dana was extremely knowledgeable in the hearing aids and technology, also very lovely and worked with us on the many questions we had!!! I'd give Dana and Lisa 10 stars if I could but I guess we'll have to settle for 5. I'm impressed with the level service I received from Dana and Lisa. I would definetly recommend anyone in need of hearing aids to Dana and Connect Hearing.

I have enjoyed the people at this Hearing Place, I was hesitant about getting my new hearing aids and listened to Dana very carefully and wanted to get the new ones. I am very happy with my new ones and just delighted with the service I received from Dana. The Receptionist, Lisa is very pleasant and nice too. A friendly place to come for your hearing problems.

Dana is very caring and thorough in the way she makes sure your hearing aids work best for you. Her door is always open if your have problems, and is just a phone call away. Lisa in the front office is very friendly and courteous, and makes you feel at home. Five Stars all the way!
