My husband has been going to Connect Hearing for a number of years. During that time we have seen a number of employees come and go, but Randy and Jackie are the best! Both are professional, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Randy takes as much time as necessary to make sure you know all about your hearing aid. Will recommend them to everyone we know with hearing problems.

My husband and I are thrilled that we selected Connect Hearing in Long Beach for our hearing needs. We have had our aids for three years now and each year Randy adjusts them to keep us hearing perfectly. Knowledgeable and friendly service, up to the minute testing equipment and a great selection of devices. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at Connect Hearing has provided us with exceptional service. Randy Romberg is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every time we come to visit, Randy helps us and we leave with a smile on our face. My husband was about to give up and Randy was able to fix the device and now it is working beautifully.

Took my dad in for his six month checkup. Randy was very nice and provided excellent service to him. He cleaned the tubes on my dad's hearing aid and made improvements to his hearing by reducing the background noise interference. I high recommend this store if you need a hearing device.

My dad is a patient there and he loves it. The staff and doctor are great. They provide excellent customer service. They make you feel like family. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Randy and Jessica at connect hearing in long beach. Randy is so knowledgeable and patient and helpful. And, Jessica is the very best. Thank you Jessica for never giving up on getting my approval. It took a long time, but you finally got it for me. After 20+ years of not being able to hear all that well. The day finally came when I was able to hear things I hadn't heard in so long. I fully recommend getting your hearing tested no matter how old or young you are. I use to be so timid and shy and quiet and never spoke. I was always afraid of making a fool of myself. I had no confidence. Now I am not scared to be myself any longer. My confidence is coming back and I speak up with no problem. Thank you Randy and Jessica for everything. You guys are the best. Thank you for giving me my confidence and my hearing back. See you guys in six months for my check up.

I went to Randy for a hearing test as I realized I was having some difficulty in certain situations. He did a hearing test and the results confirmed I had lost some of my quality in my hearing. He was very thorough in explaining my situation and recommended a solution. Two weeks later, I am wearing two hearing aids and am back to where I should be and my hearing is great. Randy is very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the ins and outs of wearing my hearing aids. He also makes you comfortable and feel like family. Great experience and incredible outcome. I took my 90yr old Mom in to see Randy to address a non-working hearing aid. He took the time to assess her hearing, check her ears, and replace the speaker on the non-working unit. At no Charge! The folks are friendly, quick, efficient and very helpful. Go Here or Go Hear?

"A WHOLE NEW WORLD" that is exactly what this hearing care center provided for my 86 year old mother. Staff is professional, diligent and caring. Randy Romberg, EXPERTLY fitted my mom with her new custom-fit hearing aids. But most importantly, he was not satisfied until he perfectly calibrated mom's devices to perform at levels that would produce maximum benefit for her. He then took the time to explain with patience how to use and care for the equipment. It's been two weeks and life has changed dramatically for our mother. She no longer avoids answering the phone, is back to enjoying her favorite television shows and has renewed confidence in engaging in conversations in every setting. Thank you Connect Hearing. Very detailed very nice people listened to everything I wanted them to do in regards to my hearing needs. Went back today which is 1/9/2023 yet had great customer service Randy is very nice and helped me with my hearing showing me how to care for them👍

This Connect Hearing has been such a great place for my mom. She got a FREE hearing test and then they helped her pick out a hearing aid that was best for her. Such a relief to meet people that are here for their patients needs rather than just suggesting the most expensive one. Randy was so good to my mom and caring, Jackie was great in helping us with our insurance and getting us on their schedule during times that worked best for us. All in all I would recommend these 2 to all my friends and family.

Connect Hearing provides excellent patient care. Their hearing test is as good as any I know of, but they charge NOTHING. You owe it to yourself to try Connect Hearing. When you call, ask for Liz. She's terrific.
