Jordan Reyes, Sr. H.I.S.

Jordan Reyes is a Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova, Livermore. He oversees multiple clinics in the Northern California region. Jordan has been involved in hearing healthcare for the over 10 years. Recently he moved to Livermore to pursue the opportunity to be the resident provider for the AudioNova Livermore clinic. Jordan has helped many patients greatly improve their quality of life through diagnostic tests and hearing aid deliveries. Jordan believes that; "hearing loss affects everyone, from the patient to those around them. It has been quite rewarding seeing my patients live a more fulfilled life and stay active well into their golden years." There have been many changes to hearing aid technology in the last decade, and because of these advancements hearing aids are easier than ever to wear, experience, and use for the patient. Seeing patients light up when they realize they don't have to struggle with hearing loss anymore cannot properly be put into words.

Very impressed with the trainee in the Livermore office today. Courteous, professional and helpful. Went out of the shop with improved hearing from my existing aids. Will revisit in a week to see if it is time to upgrade to a new model.

Not a good day at Connect Hearing in Livermore. I stopped short a mtg in Pleasanton to arrive on time for an 11 am appt. I was there at 10:55. I was told the appt would very soon after the hearing specialist was off of a conference call. After a 30-minute wait with NO apologies for the delay and No word on the timing for the appt, I left the office. They just lost a possible sale of a new hearing aid.

Doug clearly has an extensive background in resolving hearing problems. I very much appreciated his efforts to fully characterize my hearing issues and then custom fit a set of new hearing aids that incorporate the latest technology. It was also comforting to know that if I have any problems in the future, he is there to help. His colleague Heather was both friendly and very helpful in dealing with the administrative aspects including working with the insurance company.
