Sylvia and Christina are the best! I recently dropped in for what I thought was an issue with one of my hearing aids. It turned out it just needed to be reset. Christina helped me out, gave me a software update and updated my phone app --all In just a few minutes. I was on my way in no time. Sylvia and Christina provide professional care with sensitivity and consistency. I wish all my healthcare providers were like this! I highly recommend Connect Hearing Laguna Hills.

I highly recommend Connect Hearing. Sylvia was extremely helpful and took time to help me solve a problem with my mother’s hearing aids, made sure I was attended to quickly, and was kind and wonderful throughout the whole process.

2nd time I've come to this location and helped by Sylvia B. again. She was really friendly and took care of my receiver which stopped working unexpectedly. She informed me that if any future issues may arise to call her or Kristin D. to set up an appointment and they will take care of me. I highly recommend this office and staff.

Best place to go for hearing aids! Kristin Dennis has updated technology and has expertise with many different areas regarding hearing loss. She helped me with my hearing and understanding that because of being deaf in one ear that it caused significant issues (like understanding words, etc) in my other ear. I felt alone and not confident. After leaving with my new hearing aids, I felt connected again! I’m so happy with her service. Also Sylvia goes above and beyond schedules, appointments and follow up. My insurance was denying something that was actually sent and she got it cleared up within 15 mins with a phone call. Again very pleased with their service and felt I needed to let others in on how good they are. The other man that was at this location is gone! Thank goodness I was able to return here and find Dr. Dennis! She is great!

Professional, respectful, communicative, attentive, efficient, kind, gentle - these are just a few of the words I can think of to describe the people that work at Connect Hearing. I’ve been to most of their locations in Orange County and always received excellent service. At the Laguna Hills location, both Kristin and Sylvia work as a team and they really know what they’re doing. I’ve never felt pressured to upgrade or buy anything. They allow plenty of time with each patient/client and I’ve never felt rushed - they are always available to try to make repairs and they encourage walk ins for those times when an urgent issue arises. I highly recommend Connect Hearing to everyone - even if you’re simply thinking of purchasing hearing aids or want to discuss all of the options available, and THERE ARE MANY! Connect Hearing (CH) in Laguna Hills helped me understand the complex subject of finding a good hearing aid. I did preliminary research with independent rating service Consumer Reports and found the vendors CH and Costco got their highest rating. Because of Costco’s huge size I thought I’d try CH first. CH has a small comfortable office in the medical complex around Saddleback Memorial Hospital. The office manager Sylvia made sure I was comfortable and with each visit took good care of billing (CH’s proactive work with my insurer found me $1000 in coverage I didn’t know I had!) and follow up with return appointments. She clearly works hard to make the visit successful. Kristen the audiologist has rare skills in being able to clearly explain the testing process, selection of hearing aid, fitting, and use. Kristen fitted me with a Phonak Marvel. Phonak is the highest rated brand by Consumer Reports. I found Kristen’s selection and fitting immediately comfortable—none of the cliche you often hear...”Oh the first month everything sounds so loud!”. I’d recommend you do research before you go in. I learned a lot with Consumer Reports, but also study Phonak’s product line. They have a strong online presence—YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc. The more I learned from Kristin and online, the better I could work with her to make my Connect Hearing experience successful.

The office personnel and the hearing examiner were professional and friendly. The hearing examiner was knowledgeable, thorough in her examination and explanation of my hearing condition. The learning process that followed my receiving my hearing aids was made easy by the patient explanation of the hearing professional. And there was fuirther follow-up for me after I received my hearing aids to make sure I was using them correctly and to answer any questions I had. I have been using my hearing aids now for about a month or a bit more and am totally satisfied with them and the professional help I received.

Sylvia has taken care of me with unending patience, always helpful an efficient. She is such a positive influence in the office. Kristin, very professional, very, very clear in her statements and answered hundreds of my questions with a smile and made sure I understood clearly. She educated me in a pleasant eye opening way, helped, not pressured, me in my decisions. I am so satisfied, reassured, and feel completely supported with this team and the care.

My dad has been going here for awhile and Silvia has been an amazing help with him. My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and will randomly show up without an appointment. She is very kind to him and helps with whatever he needs. We need more people in the world like her! Thank you for everything you do!

Staff at Connect hearing are TOP MOST that I've come across, always friendly and helpful, going beyond your typical office people. They know me by name even though it's been 6 months since i last went to the office.

About three years ago, I went to Connect Hearing in Laguna Hills to get checked out for new hearing aids. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, I went ahead and purchased two of them. Since then I pop in once in a while for service. Sylvia is always available. She runs that office like a fine Swiss watch. Always good recommendations regarding maintenance and the offering news on the latest hearing technology. Great service

Easy to get an appointment. Always helpful with outstanding receptionist and competent audiologists or hearing aid specialists. Most recently the audiologist adjusted both mine and my wife's hearing aids. We jokingly said it saved our marriage as my wife thought I was mumbling. With a new hearing test which showed she had lost some hearing and her hearing aids adjusted accordingly I am no longer mumbling. She can hear ne well. Our marriage is saved!
