After having a terrible experience with another Audiologist in the area I was thrilled to go to Hearing Connect. The Audiologist Jennifer is wonderful. She listened to all my concerns and needs and suggested the perfect hearing aides. Every time I have a question or problem Janet the Office Coordinator is helpful each and every time. I was fearful when we move to the desert and I had to find a new audiologist. Never fear: Jennifer and Yesenia are here.. As the son of a Dr. and trained as a neuropsychiatric specialist I am somewhat used to reviewing the qualifications of medical personnel. This Connect Hearing location has the creme, not to mention the most compassionate and well trained staff I've ever encountered. Do yourself and your hearing a favor and enjoy the services of Ms. Dixon and her efficient co-worker, Yesenia. [I'm sending all the elves here as well.]

Jennifer Dixon is not only an experienced audiologist, but she also does a splendid job "connecting" with her patients. My husband's pronounced tinnitus is now relieved due to the latest hearing aid development. Jennifer kept him in mind and recently found a solution to help him. I worried a while about having my hearing tested and the prospect of having to purchase aids. But I needed help with my hearing. Going to Connect Hearing is the best decision I could have made...Jennifer and Janet were pleasant, patient and professional...the best service I've received anywhere in a while...I'd refer my friends and family to them.

8 yrs no hearing aid til Dec 2017 I decided to get one hearing aid. Adjusting the volume couple times and now I'm satisfied. Will go back there when hearing aid is outdated or broke down. Thanks to the staff

Great staff and responsive!

Excellent service and no high pressure to buy after free hearing test. Did not purchase at this time because test results did not show immediate need for hearing aids. They will get my future business because of their professional service and reasonable cost.
