I am so happy with the service at this location. Eric has assisted me with my hearing aides for 3 years. Evette today was a tremendous help in assisting me with a lost hearing aid, ordering a new one, then going out of her way to cancel after it was found. The customer service here is exceptional.

Exceptional experience. Eric is really good at explaining things in terms that a layman can understand. He and Rosie clearly have the well being of the client first. I came out with a terrific set of hearing aids at a price I could easily manage. I did not know how excellent and affordable these digital hearing aids had become. I was by no means deaf, just mid range hearing loss. But the correction to my hearing has been a game changer. Only wished I had gone in years earlier. Can you even notice I have them on?

I took my great grandma to connect hearing Rosie and eric were very kind and patient with her and answered all of her questions about hearing aides and the differents ways to pay for them. My experience from my walk-in discussion with Rosie to my follow up meeting and exam with Eric was outstanding. Both are caring and very helpful.
