I was surprised that I was charged $65.00 for help in getting my hearing app connected to my new upgraded phone. In prior years with Tina Rogers there was never an office visit charge even after my hearing aide warranty had expired. But I did enjoy meeting Sophia Bahari. She was good at explaining new upgrades I might be interested in but she was not pushy. I appreciate her fitting me with smaller ear buds that might work better for me. Thank you Sophia.

Hi I saw Sophia in May and had a conversation about my left year she was so knowledgeable and sent me to an ENT to look further into the hearing loss it turned out to be a really big deal and treatment was prescribed I am thankful for her advise.

This was my first hearing test. Never having such an experience can be daunting, but this was a new but pleasant experience. Directions were clear and the process is simple and strait forward. Results are clearly explained and options for hearing aids are also explained. Given the results, the audiologist will make a recommendation , but I appreciate that there is no pressure to make an immediate decision. You also leave with a print out of the results.

I brought my 90 year old mother to Connect Hearing because of hearing aid problems she was having. Tina interviewed her about the issues that were bothering her, did a thorough hearing test, updated the software on her devices, cleaned them and adjusted them to maximize performance based on the test results. We could not have asked for a more thorough evaluation/adjustment. We highly recommend this office of Connect Hearing.

This place is awesome. I used to go to a diff center but after testing at Connect Hearing, I found out that the center I used to go to did not accurately test my hearing. Tina Rogers is so patient and she really took the time to explain the process, from the hearing test to fitting the hearing aid.

We met with Tina and she was very kind, patient and efficient! We are so happy to have found this company and service. The location was easy to find, clean and well organized! Thanks again for a great experience!

Loved working with Tina Rogers at Connect Hearing in Fullerton. She is very helpful, efficient and easy to work with. The facility is clean, quiet and easy to cozy in and get comfortable for Hearing test. My hearings over past year took a down turn and I couldn't make out some of the words. Tina, started a whole new and thorough hearing evaluation and adjusted my hearing aids accordingly and made sure that my hearing aids are adjusted back to normal level of hearing.​ And, repeatedly asked me if I have any problems let her know so, she can fix the problem. Thank you Tina for helping me stop saying, WHAT DID YOU SAY !!!! I highly recommend Connect Hearing to everyone that is interested in Hearing Aids....
