AudioNova - El Cajon

El Cajon Store, Totally incompetent. Cant even return phone calls. DOL gave specific instructions for my case and they cant call him back either. Been trying to get hearing aids and help from them since December 16th 2024. I will be headed for a different hearing aid company. The audiologist guy was way nice, just a complete and total failure of following up. I have called numerous times and left messages. I'll take my business elsewhere..

The staff at AudioNova are awesome people. They make one feel comfortable from the minute you step into the store.i found them to be very friendly and personable. They are very easy to talk to, and they listen to your needs. I highly recommend this store and its staff to anyone looking to improve their hearing needs.Check them out for your selves. You won’t regret it.

Great appointment, Tim really seem engaged. I came on my lunch break. Unfortunately Tim was running 30 minutes behind. I was late back to work.

Very friendly and professional man I dealt with. Store is clean and professionally set up. Audiologist was well informed and patient. Bottom line the hearing aids are way out of my range as far as price. They are very nice but 3 to 5 grand is not possible for a senior on Medicare.

Today I visited AudioNova El Cajon, seeking parts for Phonak hearing aids. Isabell, their receptionist, greeted me with a smile & provided me some of what I needed...suggesting their audiologist could help with the rest. Happily I took a seat, several minutes later Tim O'Meara came out...TRULY WANTING TO HELP. In his work area I handed Tim my hearing aids, as he changed the parts I needed, he explained the purpose of each and how to order them in the future...eventually, testing them and the charging case, giving all "good to go". Tim serviced my hearing aids as a courtesy; letting me know there would be no charge-when I asked...WOW! My experience with Isabell & Tim is positive, THEY REALLY HELPED ME. I happily recommend AudioNova-761 Broadway, El Cajon, CA 92021.

Both the receptionist and the technician were friendly and informative. My hearing test was conducted smoothly and my hearing aids were adjusted to fit my current hearing. I was also provided with a pair of upgrade aids for my consideration. All good from here.

Stopped in to purchase batteries for myself and for my mom. I recognized Leslie from a different location. She asked how long has it been since I had a hearing test and it's been at least 5 years. I wear one hearing aid I told her. Did I want to set up an appointment to have a hearing test and it's "free". Sure, but I'll get back to Her on that. Leslie followed up a few days later and I made an appointment. My hearing test had not changed much. I was happy with what I had, so I thought. However, I mentioned i don't hear well at meetings, I ask my grandkids "what" more often then I like and my 8 year old granddaughter even brought it to my attention. Kids are so honest. Kathleen asked if I would be interested in trying a set of hearing aids on both ears for a couple weeks. BOTH EARS???? Wasn't sure if I was ready for both ears. I made an appointment to come back for the trial aids. I was shocked after we put them in And the adjustments were made. I just sat there quite and just looked around the room. I could hear myself talking instead of the sound just in my head and I could hear other sounds. I didn't know what I was missing. I got emotional and I teared up. Kathleen was great to work with. I could see in her expression that she was happy for me and sincerely. I asked a lot of questions and did lots of research on my own about lots of different hearing aids. I shared everything I was learning with her "daily". About a week later I made the commitment and purchased the Phonak Audeo Marvel rechargeable Bluetooth hearing instruments. I love them and I tell everyone and don't hide it. I choose Connect Hearing because of their professionalism, their quality of caring and Kathleen and Leslie are just amazing. They are truly sincere in their care. I really trusted Kathleen knowing what was best for my needs. Thank you ... I talk Quieter and that is really nice for others. This is a short version :)

Provider, Dean Blount is very knowledgeable and Patient Care Coordinator, Heena Sahi, is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Connect Hearing in El Cajon for hearing tests and recommendation for hearing aids. The service Connect Hearing provides is exceptionally good.
