Both Misha and Bob were great. I had a fine and fun experience. They are pros and the equipment, procedures and analysis enabled me to let go of my worries over my hearing. I will be back in 5 years for another test.

I researched places to get an ear cleaning online. This place came up. It also lists on their website that they clean ears. I made an appointment, took off work early, drove 45 minutes, all so I could be told once I got there that they don’t do ear cleanings. A waste of time and money. Literally.

Hearing Aid dispenser Bob Eberle looked at my recent audiograms, that came from hearing tests at other organisations, and at my present hearing aids. He said that my problem with speech recognition was a Central Auditory issue, and he suggested actions that were outside AudioNova's purview.

I found the staff at this Connect Hearing location to be friendly and professional. I arrived early, as the first appointmentof of the day. As I waited, I had friendly conversation with the front desk rep. When I met with Bob, he reviewed the results of my hearing test. He provided me informatiopn on the types and costs for hearings. And helped me with my final selection. Bob covered all the beneficial warranty of the hearing aid. And he covered the discounts with my AARP membership. Major difference in prices, comparing AARP insurance coverage vs no insurance actual costs.

Bob is great! I went with my Mom to get her new hearing aids. He checked out the ones she is using and said they are working and a good pair. He does not deal with her brand of hearing aids but took the time to call the company and found out they are still under warranty. He patiently explained what we needed to do and did not try to sell us a new pair. He is caring and honest and just wanted the best for her. When she has to get new hearing aids I will definitely be back. Misha at the front desk is also very nice and patient. Thank you Bob and Misha.
