Needing hearing aids for the first time, I called several different stores, and was disappointed by the manner in which I was treated on the phone. Making an appointment with Connect Herring in Arcadia was easy, and my "first-timer" anxiety was lost once I steeped into the office and was greeted warmly by Katie. i was soon working with Jennifer on hearing tests etc. The entire experience was friendly, personable and very professional. I have had several appointments and the continued knowledgeable care is outstanding. I highly recommend Connect Hearing in Arcadia.

Superb service, as I found to my delight after visiting six other hearing aid stores in our Pasadena area. The other shops' salespeople were polite, but were eager to sell rather than taking time to explain various models without pressing me to buy. Jennifer Crespo at Connect gives unhurried service, describing different options and answering my questions completely and clearly. I purchased two years ago, and have returned for help several times with happy results. Though the Arcadia location is over an hour's round trip from me, parking is easy, the people in reception always friendly, and Jennifer's calm, patient, professional service makes the visit very pleasant each time. I greatly appreciate her fine customer service.

This place is very special to us. My mom who’s been struggling to hear for years has finally found someone who cared enough to sift though the system to see if her insurance can cover her hearing aid. We’ve been seen by a number of clinics but they didn’t even take the time to help us or point us to the right direction... At Connect Hearing in Arcadia, they treat us with the same kindness and gentleness each and every time we go which you normally don’t see in clinics. It is different from the usual polite civility you get from personnel in a clinic, theirs is a genuine kindness that is really refreshing! Apart from that, Jennifer is very good at what she does. They make sure the schedules of patients aren’t overlapping that’s why every time we go, we don’t wait long in the waiting area and that for me is soooo important! In case you have hearing concerns this is the place to go!

Jennifer helped me transition from “what did you say?” to having normal conversations. The office routine follow up visits keep my hearing aids working their best. Free batteries are nice also. I highly recommend this office.

I am a 77yr old man with hearing pyoblems. Jennifer Crespo made me feel young again being able to hear like a teen.

They are are awesome .Jennifer Crespo is very informative regarding different kinds of hearing aids. Very helpful and I can sometimes come in to change my tubes in my ear molds without an appointment.

I appreciate coming to visit with Jennifer concerning my hearing. I appreciate everything she’s done for me she’s been excellent wonderful her personality is fantastic the camaraderie here is outstanding.
