Robert Wright, M.S.

Robert Wright, M.S., is a committed Audiologist at AudioNova’s El Paso clinic. With a Master of Science in Communication Disorders specializing in Audiology and a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from Texas Tech University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. Robert’s clinical expertise includes hearing aid fittings, aural rehabilitation, and tinnitus counseling. He is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. His professional achievements include being part of the award-winning El Paso clinic, recognized for excellence in revenue generation and overall performance. Passionate about hearing loss awareness, Robert collaborates with organizations like the Texas Workforce Commission and Volar - Center for Independent Living to improve access to hearing aids for underserved populations. His commitment to providing exceptional care stems from a personal understanding of the impact hearing loss can have on families. Outside of his professional life, Robert enjoys off-roading, reading, and building Lego sets.

Gloria Aguilar, BC-H.I.S.

Gloria Aguilar, BC-HIS, is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in the El Paso clinic. With expertise in comprehensive audiometry, aural rehabilitation, and the fitting, dispensing, and maintenance of hearing aids, she is dedicated to improving her patients' quality of life through better hearing. Gloria’s passion for her work stems from personal experience with family members affected by hearing loss, which inspired her to help others enhance their daily lives and well-being. She is a proud member of the International Hearing Society and the Texas Hearing Aid Association. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the smiles on her patients' faces when they can hear again. Outside of work, Gloria enjoys spending time with her family and tending to her garden.

The doctor and staff here are amazing. My daughter was helped with her hearing aids with no problems. My daughter needed hearing aids and while the insurance was taking time to file the necessary paperwork she was told not to worry some hearing aids would be on loan to her. This was great because my daughter cannot function without her hearing aids. They are a caring facility that "really" care about their patients needs. If you are looking for help with your hearing needs or for a loved one this is a place to trust.
