Amazing help with my hearing aids!!!

Cameron seen very nice n understandable... He took me seriously about my hearing but only problem I has was my insurance at least he tried to help as best he could. The place is very clean reception was friendly as well

I noticed the last several months my hearing has seemed to diminish and I started having ringing in my ears. I’m 67 years old and have not had my hearing texted in decades, so I contacted my insurance provider. They sent me to AudioNova. I met Hearing Aid Specialist Cameron Walker. He was very friendly and awesome to work with. He put me through several hearing tests. When finished he completely went over my test results on a computer screen and explained in an easy to understand manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will become a customer of Cameron Walker and get my hearing tested yearly. I highly recommend him!

My husband and I had the best experience. Kate at the front desk already was greeting us by name as we walked in. She was very friendly. Then Dr.Walker my husbands physician is so welcoming. He was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. So thank you for the service you provide! It’s outstanding!! ⭐️

If I could give this experience 10 stars I would. This was easily the most informative session I've had in terms of my health. I am so very impressed with this place. On entering through the front door you are greeted by a friendly lady manning the front desk. The Hearing Aid Specialist is a guy called Cameron Walker. During my initial visit Cameron conducted hearing tests on both my ears, the results were shown and explained to me at a level needed for my comprehension. Cameron is very polite and respectful. You can't ask too many questions. After getting my first pair of hearing aids I had to go back a couple of times. (only because I never listened when i was initially shown) Cameron went over everything again with a smile on his face. I can't say enough about him. I fully recommend Cameron Walker with the whole of my being.

Dr Cameron quickly diagnosed the issue with my ReSound hearing aids and was very kind - despite these being purchased at another provider that was not being responsive to my calls and emails. He explained and showed me how to take care of the aids to prevent future issues. I am so pleased with the time, education and information he gave me. Highly recommend.
