Natalie did a fantastic job testing my 92 year old mom’s hearing and helping us find a hearing aid solution that she could manage and actually improves her hearing. Natalie was professional, kind and oh so patient. Couldn’t have gotten a better outcome than we got! My mom can hear her friends at meals and me on the phone and in the car. Very very happy. Overall very good customer service. Office personnel ver pleaant and professional.Not pleased with the repair policy of the manufacturer,Phonak. Across the board repair charge of $500 for devices over 5yrs old. (Up from around $250) obvious ploy to encourage purchase of new aids.
