Mary Potts is an audiologist with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings (clinical, hospital, educational and ENT). She has been with AudioNova since 2012 and couldn't imagine doing anything else for a living. "I love helping people to hear better; there's nothing more satisfying than being part of that first moment that someone hears clearly."

Samantha Gower has worked for AudioNova for five years now, first as a Patient Care Coordinator and now as a Hearing Aid Specialist. Samantha has a bachelor's degree in psychology, which she believes has helped her communicate in more effective and meaningful ways with her patients. Her background has also helped to develop her ability to really listen to her patients when reviewing their concerns. She enjoys a good challenge and treats every day as an opportunity to expand her knowledge. The best part of her day is helping her patients hear better again. Samantha is often described as being very patient and thorough when helping people learn about their hearing aids, particularly when learning the more technological aspects, like Bluetooth functionality.
