Meet Our Staff

Angela Miles, BC-HIS

Angela Miles, BC-HIS, has been working in the audiology field for over 20 years focusing on seniors and senior living facilities. She is a Board-Certified Hearing Aid Specialist and a Hearing Aid Dealer. Her experience working in an ENT clinic early in her career has given Angela the opportunity to gain valuable insight and knowledge from working directly with doctors. “It is my goal to help my patients hear the best they can and create wonderful memories with their families. I am passionate about helping people maintain a high quality of life. The best part of my job as a hearing care provider is seeing the patient’s reaction when he or she receives their first hearing aids.” Her home is in the St. Clair Shores area, where she has lived for over 14 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and twin sons in Northern Michigan, kayaking, riding ATVs and hiking in the woods.

The office receptionist was very curious to everyone including the phone customers. The hearing tech was fabulous! Treated me with respect, was honest with me about my questions, went above to explain everything about what she was doing and going to do. Also explained about the aids and prices. So far so good. Nice people. Accommodating. Nice coffee bar. Hopefully great hearing aids and response to my emails. Nope, no response, changed to 1 star, 5th day waiting for response to email sent Friday morning. Responded immediately to my google review, which was originally 5 stars. Maybe they dont want me? Only there tues wed thurs, my bad thanks for responding. Well, after almost year, not impressed. Had some other health issues and missed a followup. Having big trouble with the ear molds. My insurance covers 3 fittings a year. She tells me 95$. Communication from them essentially nonexistant. They know i cant hear,yet maybe they call,but dont leave message. She treats email like text, 2 or 3 words, the emails contain every communication. I was a homecare nurse, i expect all my healthcare providers to go above and beyond, as I have. They make minimum effort seems. I'll find a better provider
