The audiological staff at AudioNova have been proudly serving the residents of Santa Rosa for many years. We are a vital member of Santa Rosa's vibrant healthcare community and take pride in providing world-class hearing care locally.
- Robert Rappaport, H.I.S.Robert Rappaport, also known as Bob, H.I.S., is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in the Santa Rosa clinic. With a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals experiencing hearing loss, he specializes in teaching clients to use smartphones for situational adjustments, conducting speech-in-noise testing, managing Bluetooth connectivity, and helping those with cognitive decline establish effective routines. Robert’s professional journey includes serving as the Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist at the Fremont Costco from 2018 to 2021 and working as the HCP Provider for Hear USA in Pinole and San Francisco from 2022 to 2025. He is deeply committed to causes like tinnitus mental health awareness and strives to help clients reconnect with their friends and family through better hearing. Robert’s career path was inspired by his early experiences in the hearing department, where he discovered the profound impact of restoring hearing. His favorite part of the job is witnessing patients achieve their hearing goals in real-world settings. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, playing board games, amateur drink mixing, and taking his son to the movies.
