After warranty run out to put in little plastic pull tap they have send out for repair going charged me 500 to fit it I’m not going to buy toilet seat

Josephine was the best technician I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She was patient and explained everything until I completely understood everything there was to know about all the equipment I was interested in. I bought my 1st hearing aids from Connect Hearing in Sacramento about 10 years ago and every Hearing Aid Specialist I have seen have been very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind. Every time I had a problem they were very quick to help me to resolve the problem. On Thursday, March 13th I went to the Elk Grove Connect Hearing Office for a complimentary cleaning and hearing test. Nikisha the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and made my wife and I very comfortable while we waited for my appointment. Josephine the Audiologist was also very friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. After she cleaned my 2nd pair of hearing aids, she performed a hearing test. She explained the results very clearly and in a way I could easily understand and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. She then updated and adjusted my hearing aids. The results were phenomenal and I hear much better and more clearly now. I highly recommend Connect Hearing, AudioNova to anyone who needs hearing aids and especially Josephine and of the Elk Grove Office.

Had an issue with one of my hearing aids. Came in and Josephine immediately identified and corrected the problem. Gave them a quick "tune-up" as well. The receptionist is Nikisha and she greets you upon arrival and will assist if necessary. Always great service here and would highly recommend.

She not only gave the exam but explained the process and the results. I left the session enlightened and more educated about my hearing and hearing loss prevention methods. While traveling, one of my hearing aids broke. I went into the closest Connect Hearing office (Elk Grove, CA) without an appointment. Nikisha at the front desk was very accommodating & professional. She took care of ordering the needed repair while I waited to see Josephine Avina, the Hearing Instrument Specialist. When Ms. Avina was available, she set me up with a loaner hearing aid, cleaned my non-broken hearing aid, then calibrated them both! Most people do not understand what it is like to have a hearing disability---Their compassion and excellent service made me cry. These two professionals go out of their way to give EXCELLENT service. Kudos to them. Two thumbs up!

Very nice office to visit and the people are extremely knowledgeable and kind. A welcomed 2 week trial of these hearing aids to hopefully stop the obnoxious tinnitus sound in my left ear. If you're having trouble with your ears I highly recommend Connect Hearing in Elk Grove.

With the new hearing specialist by the name of Michele joining this office has helped tremendously. Her knowledge allows her to let patients know what is to be expected and how to cope. Could have asked for a better individual to assist with such issues.

Went to Elk Grove Hearing to see a DOCTOR. Was told she was the best. Been there half dozen times only saw sales clerk. Spent $7000 on hearing aides. STILL HAVE INITIAL PROBLEM. Finally found another doctor who fixed my problem. Now using my old hearing aides New ones are expensive joke

Elk Grove Hearing Care is the place to go if you want and need excellent service. They take time to explain what you need to hear better which is wonderful if you are a senior citizen.

The office was very clean and neat any the receptionist was courteous and polite with a very warm and welcoming smile. The audiologist was cordial and fun to talk to which lessened any anxiety I had at the time about testing. Once the tests were over I was told that a report of the results would be sent and I’d be hearing from the VA sometime in the near future. Both ladies were very polite and engaging and I give a very well earned 5 star rating for each and overall.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. They do not try to oversell but allows patient to make an informed decision on hearing aids. I appreciate their honesty.

I had previously had hearing aids, but they were not providing acceptable level of assistance. I went to Elk Grove hearing and was delighted with the newly found level of precise hearing, including while driving in the car and talking with my spouse, in restaurants and watching TV.. Very professional all the way around from start to completion- testing analysis and arriving at the appropriate selection of the devices, and their calibration. Five stars and thumbs up.

Dr Amy was wonderful with my 89 y.o. mother She was patient, clear and listened to her with focus. So glad we found her. Also her assistant at the front desk was friendly, personable and engaged.

Elk Grove Hearing Care came highly recommended and they have not disappointed. It is uncomfortable to admit that you can't hear as well as others. I'll be honest, I didn't want to think of myself as old and losing my hearing like my grandparents did, but the team at Elk Grove Hearing Care and especially Isaac helped me to feel like family from the first appointment. All my concerns were kindly and completely addressed and I have already become "one" with my aids in only a few months. I am still adjusting to hearing things that I forgot existed, but overall I am so happy I found such an amazing team to walk me back into the world of hearing everything. So happy I didn't skimp and got the smart aids that learn which things I don't really need to hear so that I can focus on what is important! I have had to wear a single hearing aid for a long long time and until I went to Elk Grove Hearing I have not been very good about wearing it. It stayed in the drawer or on my sink probably 90% of the time. Now with what Isaac has done for me, I wear my hearing aid from the time I get up until I go to bed and have hearing like I’ve not had in years. I am so happy to finally not have wasted my money. This place advertises “try before you buy” but there is a catch. You have to buy! Otherwise they treat you as if you’re a nobody. My experience with Elk Grove Hearing was unbelievable. I wrote an honest review on Yelp and after they ordered my hearing aids, I got a call a week later saying that they were canceling my order. I asked why and they said the read my review and didn’t think they could work with me. In the meantime, I’m out $3000, have no hearing aids, and am told my refund will take about two weeks. Very bad business!!!

I have found it. That one place you knew existed and had been searching for. Courteous, professional and caring I would recommend this office to anyone seeking help with their hearing. After testing I was given explanations on every step in the process. I am very happy with my find.

This place is amazing! I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this place means so much to me that I feel the need to let others know. Over a year ago I went to Elk Grove Hearing Care to evaluate my hearing. I knew that I had deficiencies, due to regular hear tests provided at my place of work. After a thorough evaluation of my hearing by Amy, and an extensive explanation of my options, I purchased my first pair of hearing aids. THIS HAS LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE! I am so impressed by the caring and professionalism that Isaac and Amy have. The process was smooth, even for a first time hearing aid person. Amy and Isaac walked me through the whole process, explaining everything along the way. I never felt rushed, never felt like they were trying to sell me on any particular device. Their customer service is impeccable. For me personally, the ability to hear things that I didn’t realize I was missing has been a jaw dropper. I can now add to conversations that at one time I was afraid to speak in, because I couldn’t hear. My children no long need to repeat everything they say to me! I regularly visit Amy and Isaac and can’t say enough about how I am treated. They truly care about your hearing and are passionate about their profession. I can tell you that one of my children has been a patient at Elk Grove Hearing Care for over a year. The service we have received from them has always been professional, friendly, and accurate. This clinic was able to correct a lot of misinformation we received from a few other clinics. True, caring professionals.

I have hearing aid, cochlear implant and a speech limitations and I have been in many audiologists over the years, but experience I have with Elk Grove Hearing Care is hands down the most pleasant experience ever for me due to multiple reasons. The most significant one is that Dr. Amy White knows her trade and really cares about her clients. She took her time to carefully evaluate my situation, discussed options with me, and even go extra way to procure additional specialized equipment for her high tech office to be able to program my cochlear implant processor. Just after the first programming session the difference was significant, both on paper and in the real world. I was amazed how easy is to get in touch with Elk Grove Hearing Care office, as severely hearing impaired with speech limitations I have always had hard time to make appointments for myself as most other audiologist offices rely on phone calls to get in touch and schedule appointment, even though they service hearing impaired, and they also make you wait long time for appointment and in their office prior the actual appointment as well. With Elk Grove Hearing Care I did not have to make single phone call! All communication was done very effectively over email. Mr. Isaac White, Amy's husband, is in charge of office administration, and he personally and quickly responded to all my emails, scheduled initial and subsequent appointments, resolved my technical and other questions in advance, just wow, finally I feel that this is 21st century experience. All other audiologists offices are probably stuck in 1990 in comparison. I would without hesitation recommend that if you are in need of anything that has to do with hearing, whether you are impaired, or seeking customized hearing solutions you definitely must go and see them first before going anywhere else. Elk Grove Hearing Care is run by real professionals! Their " individual needs " approach to hearing care is completely different then the usual "like it or lump it " attitude you get form other providers . If you are not using your hearing aids because their miserable and just don't work, don't think that its just the way they all are, its not. you don't have to settle, these folks are different.

Where do I begin. I had a few visits with the Dr. and Isaac and my world changed. I have had hearing aids for a few years. Several months ago, they stopped functioning. I went to Sutter Audiology and was told I had a bad speaker. When I inquired about a warranty I was informed there was none. When I asked what would happen if they stopped working a few months down the road, I was told I would have to pay to have them repaired again. Not acceptable. Fast forward to Elk Grove Hearing Care. Amy informs that I do not have a bad speaker, it's simply blocked. All depending, work is warranted for 12 months. Anything I need I'm told to just give them a call. I feel so fortunate to have found such a caring and competent team. Highly, highly recommended.

I have had a high frequency hearing loss for many years which has made it difficult to understand people in noisy situations. Women and children are very difficult for me as well. I got a pair of inexpensive hearing aids a couple of years ago which amplified everything and that was not a good experience. From that experience, I thought hat hearing aids were not a solution I would be interested in pursuing. that is until I found an ad from Elk Grove hearing care. they offered a free hearing aid tryout that I decided to give a try. the care and attention they provided was very impressive. the hearing aid that they provided was magnitudes better than the ones I had previously used. During the tryout period, I went in for a couple of fine tuning sessions and by the time we were finished, I was hearing things that I had no idea were there and my family noticed that I could understand them a lot better. it even reached a point where I would forget that I was wearing them. I have been very, very happy with the service and results that they provided.
