- Carlos Ortiz, H.I.S.Carlos Ortiz, HIS, is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova's Downey clinic. With a passion for improving lives through better hearing, he specializes in hearing aid fittings and hearing evaluations. Carlos began his career as an Audiology Aide for two audiologists before advancing to become the Office Director for three audiology clinics in Southern California. He further honed his skills by graduating from the SIHA program and working as an HCPT Floater for two regions. Now serving as the full-time provider at the Downey location, Carlos is committed to helping individuals reconnect with their loved ones through improved hearing. Outside of his professional life, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family at theme parks, indulging in comedy and cinema, and being a car enthusiast. His journey reflects a deep commitment to enhancing communication and quality of life for those he serves.
