Excellent service. I had a problem with my hearing aid and they were able to fix it right away, no waiting. They take their time with every patient and explain everything so the patient understands them. I recommend this business if you need hearing aids.

Dave is exceptional and professional in his care of patients. He treated me with kindness and respect throughout. Went out of his way to accommodate my elderly aunt and resolved her hearing aide issues. The office staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend valley hearing to anyone for assistance with hearing issues.

My wife bought an “expensive” hearing aid there. She was told she needed an additional aid for her other ear. We went to a real audiologist and found her hearing loss was conductive. She had a surgery in the one ear and now, she hears perfectly fine.
