Had a sudden hearing loss in left ear. Dr said could have been a virus, so there was nothing they could do. For a year+ I just put up with it. Attending places where there were crowds, was the worst! Having vertigo my balance was off all the time. I finally made an appt at Audionova in West Bend. Best thing i have ever done for myself! Not only am I able to hear things I didnt realize I was missing but my balance improved also!! So happy I finally went for hearing aids! Thanks to Ann Sebald for her compassion and expertise! Was given a different ear piece and did not fit in the ear properly. I wanted the smaller ear cone I use to have. (Came back to get the smaller ear piece. ). She recommended to wait or come back in 1 1/2 hours, she was busy. Returned in an 11/2hours. She said she was too busy and doesn’t have any help and could not assist me. I understand she is busy but why tell someone to come back and she would assist. We do not live near the clinic so it was all wasted time, waiting. This particular clinic seems to be understaffed on a regular bases. The staff are nice but the inability to service customers has happened multiple times.

Anne was very easy to work with. She was patient and worked with several hearing aide providers in an effort to find ones that worked. The only issue I have with the office is that she is overbooked and getting additional appointments would take weeks to find n opening in her schedule.

I wanted to get a new pair of hearing aids to replace my old ones and I needed an appointment before my insurance ran out since I am going on Medicare. Elite hearing was able to get me in on time for a hearing test and new hearing aids. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful during the whole process. The Phonak hearing aids Ann set me up with are top notch with similar sound quality to my previous Oticons and they have a longer warranty. These have hardly any squealing feedback noise when I put my hand near them and the bluetooth connectivity with these Phonak hearing aids is much superior to my previous Odicons. I would definitely recommend Elite hearing to anyone needing a hearing test and hearing aids. Thanks again Ann

I recently accompanied my 82-year-old mother to two appointments at your West Bend location. We met with Ann for hearing tests, an evaluation, and new hearing aids. After having an unsuccessful hearing aid experience years earlier, we wondered if this time might be similar. Instead, we were both extremely impressed with the help she received. With patience and care, Ann accurately diagnosed my mom's hearing, perhaps for the first time ever. She provided a clear explanation of my mom's current hearing loss and goals for improvement. I could not have been more impressed with Ann's communication skills while working with my mother. In the past, my mom has been reluctant to ask questions, but Ann encouraged conversation and facilitated a discussion that helped us both understand and feel hopeful after 40 years of hearing loss. When the hearing aids were fitted, I had an emotional reaction while witnessing my mom hearing sound in her left ear for the first time in decades. She had previously been told that she was deaf on that side, but Ann explained how there was hearing there to work with. Because of Ann's expertise and attention, my mother's quality of life has improved. She wears her new hearing aids every day, hearing sounds she never did before. Her conversations are easier, and she is more actively participating in group settings. Thank you, Ann, for the important work you do in improving daily life for others. It is beautiful watching my mom become more confident and social. We will happily refer family and friends to you for any hearing help in the future.

Anne has been great! Just received my new hearing aids after a couple week hiatus from the demo units. I have tinnitus and during the demo use with notch therapy, I found some relief. During the time without them, my tinnitus has been much more noticeable. I’m glad I have them now and look forward to many more peaceful (non ringing) moments.

I received my hearing aides a year ago. I have noticed that my ringing in my ears has diminished. Ann explained every step so that my success with my hearing aides were excellent. She was able to adjust background noise and volume. The first couple days, wearing the aides caused a slight discomfort in the ear. Ann gave me an oil that I put in my ears that relieved that. Now I don't even notice that I have them in. And others say that they can't see my aides even though I have short hair. The hearing aides are affordable and you get the best care here, making the chances of your success very high. I highly recommend Ann at Elite Hearing in West Bend.

I didn't realize how many sounds I was missing. Asking what did you say? Became normal for me. Ann showed me what I was missing out on. Ann took her time, explaining everything on my hearing aids and how I could adjust them, for different settings, t.v. Restaurants etc. I highly recommend Ann @ Elite Hearing West Bend.

I tried amplifiers first and they just made everything loud without any clarity. My new hearing aids I can hear well and understand better. I’m very happy with the kind service I received from elite hearing centers west bend.

Ann was a very personable, professional, warm and friendly audiologist who know what she was doing and was able to put my husband at ease. He has dementia and other critical problems but we have never had anyone do a better, more caring job than Ann. She was even recommended to us from another audiologist in West Bend who was unable to help. Ann is a true audiologist who cares about her patients and the receptionist was equally warm, caring and friendly.

I am now hearing things I have not heard in years. It is nice not having to ask people to repeat what they may have just said to me. Watching TV with the volume set much lower, for my wifes comfort is great. Ann in West Bend, WI is awesome. She is very patient and answers all my questions, even asking me some that I never thought of asking. Lisa at the front desk is great too. The after purchase services provided are also excellent, including cleaning and recommended monthly replacement parts. Just come in anytime, no appointment needed. I really like this. I recently went in for a hearing test. It had been about 10 years since my last one. Ann Sebalb was so pleasant and truly interested in assisting me with some concerns I had. After a 1 week trial it was determined that I really didn't need them at this time. I highly recommend Elite Hearing Center, they are very thorough and informative. Already scheduled my next annual checkup.

Was just in for cleaning, stopped and talked to Ann she's always got time for her clients. This is not just a hearing facility they make you feel like you're part of the family. I would give them higher than a five if I could because they are very professional in what they do. I lost a large percentage of my hearing working in a factory for so many years. Dr. Hearden is an excellent hearing specialist. The staff is excellent as well. My wife and I have had several visits now and each one has been a great and helpful experience. The Audeo hearing aids have really improved our quality of life. Thanks for allowing us to hear clearly again!

Andrea was very helpful she explained how your hearing works This is my 3 try with hearing aids the other 2 are sitting in a drawer but I am very comfortable with the ones from Elite Hearing.

I am writing this on behalf of my father-in-law who does not have computer access: "While serving my country in the United States Army in 1964, I developed a hearing loss. Over the years, it got worse. When I no longer could understand many store clerks, I knew it was time for hearing aids. On May 23, 2019, I met with Jeffrey Gilane of Elite Hearing Centers in West Bend, WI. After a comprehensive hearing exam, it was determined that I required two hearing aids. They offer a wide selection within a price range that I was comfortable with. In less than 48 hours I had a perfect pair of hearing aids. This was my first visit to Elite Hearing Centers in West Bend. They recently took over this location from Connect Hearing. I was promptly greeted and I explained the problem I was experiencing with my Hearing Aid to Chloe. The problem was quickly diagnosed and arrangements were made for the necessary repair. I feel they pulled out all stops to satisfy me. I have been wearing hearing aids since 2004 and am happy they are now located in this area. Very impressed and thank you.
