the staff is very knowledgeable and very professional.

Exceedingly lackluster customer care/response. My partner, a long term consumer; however, when problems with present devices became apparent with advisement of new devices, AudioNova representative dismissed the need to communicate to my partner's insurance. Two months passed, the representative admitted having "forgotten." Provided us the assurance she would carry through, yet, another two months passed, absent her follow-through with her final commentary to inform my partner to merely call her insurance herself. Extremely disappointed!

The people are always accommodating and see you in a timely manner. Great customer service.

I went to Elite Hearing Centers to get a hearing test done as I knew my hearing has been bad for some time now. Tiffany was filling in at this location and did a great job with the test and confirmed again that I have a loss in the higher ranges. She explained the test to me in a very clear and easy to understand way. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me the information so I could decide on what type of hearing aid I wanted. Inspent a week doing some research on their brand and others before I decided to go ahead and get the Phonak brand that they sell. Been using them for a few days now and it's been great. If I would have had somebody like Tiffany, when I had my hearing tests done before, I may have gotten them sooner. Great place and I highly recommend them

Came in without an appointment with questions about cleaning my son's hearing aid molds. Melissa was more than kind and knowledgeable despite us just kind of barging in. Not only did she give us some cleaning supplies but she offered to order more. Our audiologist in Sun Prairie recently left, and I hope we get the opportunity to start going here.

I called and spoke with Dominique and she suggested I bring in my mothers hearing aids in that were not working correctly. We walked in, she evaluated them determined a receiver was blown and had them fixed in 5 minutes. Not going to lie, reared up a bit at the relief. Thank you so much!

Melissa (Missy) did a great job in testing my hearing, getting the product and adjusting them for the best hearing for me. Dominique was always pleasant and helpful whenever I called or had a question. My experience was great with two very personable and knowledgeable young Ladies.

Melissa is very professional, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. Having never experienced a proper hearing exam, I was equally impressed with the thoroughnesses of the testing. I feel quite confident in the product Melissa recommended. And I also appreciate that Melissa and Danielle are available to help me with any questions and concerns. I highly recommend this practice for a person’s hearing needs.

I've dealt with two other hearing aid companies. Melissa (in Watertown Wi) is by far to me the most patient & professional tech I've ever had. We made a couple changes with units and never had a problem. Would highly recommend Melissa for your needs. Even offered to clean & change molds if I wanted.

Melissa and Tiffany are amazing ! By far the best experience I've ever had with hearing specialists. My equipment needed to be sent in for repairs so I was offered a loaner to get me by . The repair time was estimated at 2 weeks , but somehow Melissa got the Co. to expedite my order and I had my unit back by the end of the week. 5 stars to be sure !

The ladies in this office are very pleasant. They are always offering coffee or water, and try to give us their delicious chocolates. They are quick, efficient, and always have smiles on their faces!

The service I received was excellent. They retested me and found that adjustments made in the past did not reflect my hearing loss. Now I am hearing as I can with my hearing loss. I am very pleased with how Elite Hearing went to bat for me.
