I am using my hearing aids more which is a good thing.

I have never met a hearing technician who explained things as completely and understandably as Kacie. She speaks clearly and is very patient and kind. I am hoping that my new hearing devices work as well for me as my experience with this professional was!

Wonderful caring staff. Helped me with a charging problem with my Phonak hearing aids. Let me charge up my hearing aids and didn't charge anything. Would definitely go back if I lived around here.

A great store if you're dealing with hearing loss. We were treated warmly and efficiently. The technician who worked with me was kind, sensitive, and very knowledgeable. She took time to educate me on just what the hearing aids can and can't do, the care and cleaning, and other options available to me. I'm happy with the product and service that I received.

Dana was very accommodating when I was trying to set up appointments for a family member, and always greeted us with a smile at appointments. She took the time to explain things thoroughly which was much appreciated.

Dana and Kacie do a fantastic job. They have great attention to detail and the need of there customers. I would highly recommend them for all your hearing aid needs!
