I came here for some impressions for custom earplugs and it was a great experience! I have a little tinnitus so I was worried about having the molding stuff in my ear making the tinnitus worse. However everyone was so nice and talked to me while the mold was setting so I wasn’t so focused on the ringing. Plus Amanda at the front desk was so nice and helpful! I am definitely coming back!!

This was a truly wonderful experience. We were greeted by Amanda who is very friendly and efficient. Mr. Szmanda was very articulate, highly knowledgeable and so personable, he explained everything to us along the way, making us very comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent service!

I couldn’t believe what I was missing until Jeff fitted me with my new hearing aids. Jeff was fabulous and addressed all my questions. He is an expert in his field and always makes me feel comfortable. I would recommend him every day of the week! His receptionist is always smiling and helpful. I’m so happy I finally addressed my hearing loss.

If I am hearing correctly, I quietly encourage you to call/write/visit or just plain head over to the Oak Creek location. You will be greeted by the ever friendly Amanda. I hear she can get you a convenient appointment with Jeff Szmanda. He is the best. I have seldom met anyone more congenial or more caring in my entire life. The warm and touching manner of putting you at ease is rarely seen these days. Your significant other is welcome to observe the testing session. Over Jeff's shoulder one can hear and observe how hearing loss is measured. A graph is mapped. The info is precise. The results do not lie. I moved quickly, without pressure to start a customized order for two hearing devices. You can stop/cancel at no cost at any time. They arrived within one week. Subsequently the devices were mated to the graph's calculations. I hear now better than ever. I wish to express my sincere thanks to Jeff Szmanda. His professionalism is exceptional. Elite Oak Creek Hearing Center across from Culvers on Howell Ave is absolutely amazing. Jeff and his assistant Amanda were friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with my hearing aides and the way Jeff adjusted them. Also the service after purchase is just as friendly as the day I purchased them. Its hard to find real professional care, but they hit it on the nail.

Worth it!! I had never heard of Elite Hearing and a friend recommended this place to me and a family member for hearing aides. My husband needed a pair of hearing aids, so I took a leap of faith. Jeffery initially assisted me which he was awesome! Then I spoke to Amanda and sealed the deal! She was very nice, and went the extra mile to make sure my husband had a suitable pair of hearing aids. Wonderful experience! I went in to get a hearing aid for myself, I really needed an hearing aid for my left ear. I've worked in factories for many years, over a few decades with loud machines and it was just that time. Amanda assisted me with getting an hearing aid. We highly recommend Jeff at Elite Hearing Centers in Oak Creek, WI. My 89 year old mother was in need of new hearing aids for her severe hearing loss. I was very impressed when I called Elite to ask questions. Amanda answered and was very friendly and helpful and had Jeff call back within the hour. He politely answered all of my questions and recommended a free hearing consultation and assured me that he could help her. Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient with my mother and made her feel very hopeful. She now has her new hearing aids with the new technology and is very pleased and excited with them.
