Took my mom to one location (Oak Creek) and was extremely happy with how she was treated. I have now gone to a different location (Mayfair rd.) for myself and again extremely happy. I was given good explanations, and felt the sincerity of the audiologist. Both receptionists were very pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Hearing.

My wife was having trouble with her hearing aids and we are from out of town. Called the Elite hearing aid center on Mayfair road and they told us to come in. They were so nice. Fixed the hearing aids, gave us some supplies. I tried to pay them and they refused to take anything. Its just so nice to deal with people who really care!

My Signia hearing aids purchased and serviced in Tucson did not work and I was lost without them. Cynthia at Elite Hearing Centers welcomed me, fixed my aids and even showed me how to clean them! The staff at Elite Hearing Centers of Milwaukee took fantastic care for choosing and fitting my mother's hearing aids. Mom's in assisted living and we had to coordinate our visit to accommodate her wheelchair and portable oxygen machine. We could not have been treated more kindly or compassionately. Julie took exceptional care of Mom as she took her through her hearing test and creating the molds to fit her ear. Cynthia was extremely friendly and helpful in the reception area, and Jeff took Mom through her initial training and fine tuning for her hearing aid settings. Throughout, we felt valued and well cared for - even giving Mom a birthday card for celebrating her 101st birthday. Thanks to all who were so helpful to Mom!

Mr. Greg Haase, the Hearing Instrument Specialist for my grandfather, helped him pick out the best hearing aids for his needs, explained everything very thoroughly, and was kind, courteous and professional. It is clear that Greg is extremely passionate about helping others with hearing loss and making them feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank Mr. Gregg Haase and his office assistant Cynthia for all of there help and support that they have given to my dad and myself. My Dad came into his office and could not hear what he was saying.I also was having some hearing problem. He made the both of us feel comfortable. My dad’s hearing is better and so is mine.

The service was excellent. It was obvious the the hearing specialist was very knowledgeable and loves his job. He was very patient and explained everything in a very understandable way.

GREAT client service! From the welcoming Cynthia at the front desk, to Greg with the personal and expert evaluation and selection of my perfect model, to Jeff with the setup, explanation and Bluetooth connection. I've only had it 10 hours and I love it! Have already done a Bluetooth phone call, streamed music from my cell phone while making dinner (which my wife really likes because I usually play my music a bit loud and she prefers silence), and now streaming audio from my laptop. I'll set up the TV Connector tomorrow, so she can read while I watch TV in our comfy chairs, next to each other. You all are a great team! Thank you, Elite Milwaukee.

Accompanied my mother for hearing aids. The first pair didn't work out, but this happened within the first 30 days, so Greg (hearing specialist) continued to work with us and she ended up with an in-canal pair that was molded to her ear. She's still getting the hang of putting them in (she's 88!), but is determined. Greg is very patient and explained everything in a way that was easy for her to understand. Would definitely recommend this Mayfair Road, Milwaukee, office.

We are very thankful to Greg who was so patient and detailed in his explanations of what he could offer my husband for his fairly severe hearing loss, how he was able to improve his quality of life and that he would walk us thru all of it until Don was completely comfortable with his new hearing aide, how to operate it and how to maintain it. Don has a whole new attitude on life now. Being able to hear everyday sounds and conversations again is wonderful!! So happy we went to Elite in Wauwatosa!!

I have been wearing hearing aids for about 6 years. I thought having the ones in my ears that others couldn’t see would work best for my life. However I had a lot of difficulty cutting out the background noise and couldn’t wear them out in crowds due to the background noise making it difficult to hear those around me. I went to Elite Hearing hoping to get a different Type of hearing aid that would help with this issue. When I came in I had an idea of what I wanted but what I was looking at wouldn’t resolve the background noise issue. They suggested the Unitron Hearing aid and the moment I tried them on I noticed a huge difference in my hearing. Not only can I hear my loved ones better but also can hear Great it crowds too. Their is the added bonus that these hearing aids are blue tooth compatible so I can also listen to my music and take phone calls hands free too. Greg at Elite Hearing has been so helpful, addressed all of my concerns and now I am able to hear so much better and my hearing aids fit perfectly in my active life, I am truly thankful.
