Savanna was very professional and warm and engaging. She asked me questions so she would know how to best help me. When I had a Bluetooth issue she was able to squeeze me in the same day and she fixed my issue quickly. I'm very pleased with my Phonak i90 hearing aids and have adjusted to them quickly. I'm happy with the product and even more delighted with the service.

First time patient because I couldn't get in to see my normal audiologist. I had a hearing aid that wouldn't charge and I was thinking it would get sent out for repair...problem with that is I have a DOT recertification coming up and really needed it. Instead of just sending it out, Julie actually took the time to troubleshoot it and ended up solving the issue. From the moment I walked thru the door I felt very comfortable. Switching to Julie for my hearing needs in the future!!!

Had a appointment with Julie Morgan for a hearing test, found Her to be very professional, pleasant and explained every thing about the test and also checked the condition of my present hearing aids. Also offering suggestions on wax Removal . Will definitely go back when it's time for new hearing aids. Brittany the receptionist was also very helpful and pleasant.

An awesome experience! Julie & Brittany were very friendly, professional & instrumental in restoring my hearing loss. Julie was so patient & thorough with me. I had many questions & concerns about the different types of hearing aids available through my insurance plan. She explained & demonstrated all of the options. She never came across with a high pressure sales pitch. Once my order came in, Julie followed up with a series of appointments to make sure I was adjusting to my new audio world & maintenance of my hearing aids. My experience was perfect. The customer service is beyond amazing. Brittany, the office manager, is warm, welcoming, and incredibly detail oriented. Julie, the Hearing Professional, is equally warm, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. They are an excellent Team, and took very good care of me.

After receiving a mailing, my wife and I called to take advantage of the special. Brittany got us an appointment for 10:30 today. My wife’s hearing was bad and our old hearing place went out of business 2 years ago. Julie took care of my wife first. She checked for wax buildup. Finding none she did hearing test. My wife was able to hear things she has not heard in years due to cancer and surgery. It was a very emotional experience for her. Got a great deal on a pair of the Phonak Paradise aids. No more batteries. I was next. Old ReSound aids were not working correct. She did the hearing test and went out of her way to call the company to get them reprogrammed. I am able to understand normal conversation again. And guess what, No charge to me. We highly recommend Julie Morgan and Brittany. You will not be disappointed.

I learned of "Elite" though a flyer in the mail and having my current hearing aids fail the week before I gave them a call. Located in a very convenient strip mall near by I hear a very pleasant Britney greet me over the phone and made an appointment. Upon entering I am greeted again by Britney who introduces me to Julie Morgan the hearing instrument Specialist. We begin with a friendly chat that moves to a very thorough hearing exam and I am impressed with her professionalism and skill using state of the art equipment to determine where my hearing is. She determines the hearing loss and shows me the graph explaining the the range of loss and what can be done. I am offered an expert opinion as to what hearing aid would suit me best then after a quick consultation with my wife I find myself in complete confidence with her and order my new hearing aids. They arrive quickly the next week and I go in for my fitting receiving the same friendly professionalism as Julie gives me a very concise instruction and adjustment to my new aids going over point by point with everything I should be aware of and know. I leave with printed pamphlets noting what to expect and instructions very satisfied and venture out into my new world of sounds. The price of two hearing aids were more then reasonable receiving the advertised discount and confident in the followup visits to come over the 30 day trial and beyond included in my purchase, along with free cleaning and maintenance of the aids. I look forward to working with Julie in the coming year(s) in my journey of hearing the world around me.
