Had a good experience with the hearing test and the right hearing aid needed to be replaced since it was not charging.

Hearing aides were using batteries very fast. Didn't have an appointment. Went in anyway. All staff made every effort they could to help. Will be able order new aides next week. Could have ordered today, but leaving town. I need a test before new aaides. Dr. Katie and the front desk staff person are super helpful. Will always return for any help.

Instructions were clearly shared by a patient and caring person! Never felt rushed!

I went here for ear impressions, for custom IEMs, and have perforated ear drums, which was a concern of mine. Dr. Katie was amazing! She was patient, answered my questions, and took special care to make sure I was comfortable for the entire process. She did an amazing job, very pleased with this business and their professionalism. The impressions turned out great as well. 5 star for sure. Highly recommend.

Dr. Katie is excellent. She worked with me and the one brand that was covered by my insurance. Despite her best efforts, I was dissatisfied, and I said I would be returning the hearing aids. She was very gracious and understanding. Cost is an issue if I go with a brand not covered by my insurance, but if I need to try other brands, I will certainly go back to visit Dr. Katie.

Dr. Katie is extremely personable as well as very knowledgeable in the area of audiology. She helped me select the proper hearing aids so I get the optimal benefit. Dr. Katie’s patient follow up and “fine tuning” the hearing aids is exceptional. I’ve referred friends to her and will continue to do so.

Big Suprise! After routine questions, exam, and an extensive audio test, Dr. Katie showed me types of hearing aids that would help me the most. I was expecting a high-pressure sales pitch. That's when I told Dr. Katie that i had just inherited a pair of aids from my late brother-in law and showed them to her. Instead of just rejecting them and starting her pitch, she entered the serial no. & name of previous owner. She was able to find the original order, then proceeded to reprogram the aids to my prescription on the computer! Everything at no cost to me! Thank you so much for what you do to help people Dr. Katie.

Elite hearing on Madison's west side is a great place to get hearing aids. Katie was very through on the hearing test. End result was amazing. I can hear so much better now. I really appreciate and recomend them. 5 stars

Dr. Katie Walsh is incredible. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very caring. She takes the time to explain everthing in a thorough and easy to understand way. We couldn't be more pleased with the results my wife is getting from the hearing aids we purchased. They are so much better than ones we had purchased from a different provider who didn't conduct as extensive hearing tests as Dr. Katie does. I would highly recommend Dr. Katie to anyone who has a hearing problem and wants to get it treated properly.

I had a problem with the wire in one of my hearing aids. It was working on and off (most of the time off). The lady that greeted me; offered to look at it.
