Received exceptional service from Dana Nov6 and 7th getting my first hearing aid.

In mid-September, Dana worked diligently to pair my hearing aids and connect them to my iPhone while I was in Madison from the West Coast attending a family reunion. While she wasn't able to complete the fix, she directed me to another hearing specialist who did. Nevertheless, I commend Dana for a great effort and concern for this 84 year-old out-of-state visitor.

I walked in with my dads hearing aid that he had obtained from the VA. Elite Hearing cleaned it and replaced the tubing, all within 15-minutes. They offered to change the tubing every 6 months for free. This was above and beyond 5-star service. Thank you!

Mindy was extremely helpful! My father and I had brought in my aunt's 3-year-old hearing aids that didn't work she said. The receptionist took one look at the hearing aids took them in back fixed and cleaned them and gave us extra supplies to do it ourselves if we wanted otherwise bring them in anytime. My aunt always loved the hearing aids she just didn't know how good the customer service was. Mindy gets 5 stars too! Mindy☆☆☆☆☆

Trying to navigate the hearing aid market on my own was overwhelming. As soon as I visited Elite Hearing East Madison I knew I was in the right place. Travis was patient and knowledgeable about my hearing issues. He provided me with hearing aids that met all my needs for a reasonable price. It was a pleasure to work with Travis and Mindy.

They were very professional, thorough on explaining what was happening and guided you through all the steps. When I had any issues was dealt with upmost efficient handling and fixing the situation. Very happy to be going to this establishment.

Travis is the most knowledgeable and kindest person I have met in a long while! I had been referred by my insurance company to another hearing aid company in Madison and was very unimpressed with the staff. I will not go anywhere else and will recommend Elite Hearing to anyone looking for hearing aids.

Travis tried to help me with my hearing aid after my dr retired. But my hearing aids are not supported anymore. even after he ordered a special cord. He even called other clinics. I recommend elite hearing.

Had to come here for a hearing test. From the moment I walked in Erica was such a help inviting me to have a coffee or water and making me feel comfortable with the process. The building was large, clean and decorated very well. The entirety of the process was very smooth from start to finish. On my way out I even grabbed a cupcake they had provided (cookies were there too, but who turns down a cupcake?!) Thank you elite hearing centers! Especially Erica for the warm welcome!

Clean office, always has fresh coffee brewed every morning, and sometimes spoil their patients with pastries! The staff here is friendly and informational!
