Love the staff and the care I received

Everyone was wonderful receptionist had a big smile and very friendly. Becca Sobieski was the hearing specialist. She was very kind and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable I wish I had a better credit rating so I could get a better hearing aide. Looks like I will go with the ones my insurance covers. 😟

Thank you for taking care of my father! I am an audiologist and live abroad. I was unable to evaluate and fit my father with Phonak RIC Rechargeable instruments. My family in Wisconsin reported that Becca was thorough and sweet. Becca fit my father with hearing aids that he could immediately use to enjoy better hearing. My communication with Tammy and reports from my family, confirm that this is a place that cares about better communication, not just selling hearing aids!

My hearing exam with Rebecca was the most comprehensive audio exam I ever had. she is absolutely marvelous and thorough takes the time to show you all your options to see what Best Suits You for that I thank her!

The receptionist was very nice and friendly and Rebecca fixed my hearing aids so I am able to hear clearly again.

5 STAR SERVICE From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with respect. Secretary was very friendly ,atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. Staff were very professional. Dr. Was clear to my us of the steps she was going to do to have her hearing tested My Mother received her hearing aids in a week. Thank You Dr and staff.

Tammy, the Receptionist, is so friendly and kind. Becca, the Hearing Specialist who worked with my mom, was so patient, kind and understanding. She knows her stuff and took the time with both my mom and myself, to make sure we understood how the hearing aids work. My mom is like a new person with the hearing aids. Ever since I bought my hearing aids two years ago at Connect Hearing in Kenosha, they have given me valuable and excellent service. It's been easy for me to get appointments and take my concerns seriously. I have been very pleased with them.

This location is very professional. They respond well to any questions I have or to any messages I leave. I just had to get some parts for my hardware and was completely satisfied with the service and helpful tips on using my hearing aids.

Been more than happy with my time at Connect Hearing, which is over 3 years. Jeff has always been very helpful and Julie (can't say enough about her, a real gal Friday)

Dropped in a few weeks ago. Julie at the front desk was incredible. Helped me resolve two separate issues that my relative's hearing aids were having. When I returned the hearing aid to my relative, the issue had been fixed and Julie taught me how to fix it in the future (easy cleaning tutorial)!! Very helpful and good-natured. I would recommend Julie and this location to anyone looking for top-notch service.
