Very easy to schedule an appointment for a free hearing test at the Franklin location. Front desk staff was courteous. Lots of options for types/styles of hearing aids. Greg was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, enthusiastic and clearly explained the hearing test process. He called my insurance company to register/obtain coverage for my hearing aids and gave me tips on using/cleaning my hearing aids.

Greg helped me find affordable hearing aids after misplacing mine. Very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Highly recommend!

My husband is 79 years old. After years of hard hearing he finally agreed to try hearing aides. Our Medicare Advantage Network Health program recommended Elite Hearing in Franklin WI Ernie loves his hearing aides and wants to give Greg Haase a great big shout for giving him the confidence to stick with it. He wore them home the first day and hasn’t taken them out since. then. He wears them all day from morning til night and can’t believe how much he’s been missing all these years!

When I made this appointment I came into the office and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and the hearing Dr. The Dr said we will take very good care of our patients. With that being said I had to wait for a few weeks to get in. And on the same day they called me to cancel the appointment 3 hrs ahead of my scheduled time. Supposedly the Dr was feeling ill. On the Dr part understandable things happen, but I was waiting greatly for this appointment for my father. Now I have to make other arrangements and have to wait longer. I just feel this was unacceptable.

I have been to numerous hearing aid facilities. Never found the hearing aids that I was comfortable with. Therefore, gave up wearing them. I decided to make an appointment with Greg of Elite Hearing Centers of America-Franklin. This is the first time I am so satisfied. He took the time to explain and fine tune the hearing aids with such patience. An absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Elite Hearing Aid Centers of America-Franklin.

I have been going to the elite hearing center in Franklin on 27th Street for three years now and Greg is an outstanding audiologist. He works within your budget and gives you excellent care! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!!

A friend referred me to Elite Hearing. I had a pair of hearing aids that were 6 years old and one of the speakers blew. I was having such a time with this pair and it was time to upgrade to a new pair. I had a wonderful experience with Greg Haase. No pressure sales here. Had a hearing test and Greg went over my options and picked out the best pair for my needs. Ordered on Wednesday and picked up my new aids on Saturday. I am so pleased with them. Bluetooth? Where has that been all my life! I can stream my music, listen to podcasts or take phone calls (speakers built in so I can talk to the caller). My pair are very comfortable and fit perfectly. I could not be happier. Update: Went for my follow up visit and no issues since I purchased them. Mr. Haase replaced the everyday wear parts and sent me home with more filters and ear pieces. No charge for this visit. Included with the purchase. Fantastic!

Greg has provided a life changing event for me with my new hearing aids. This is my third set of hearing aids, and the first from Elite Hearing Center. Greg proved to be a compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable resource for me. I would highly recommend him and this location.

My wife, Jackie, and I (Bob) met Greg Haase at Elite Hearing Center in Franklin about 6 weeks ago to discuss my hearing loss - and what could be done about it. I had previously paid over $5,000.00 for hearing aids that just didn't help me much at all. So I was a bit skeptical when Greg told me that his goal was to not only help me with my hearing loss, but to also increase my quality of life. I had heard this before.... There was, however, one important difference. GREG DELIVERED ON HIS PROMISE!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my new hearing aids! Like night and day, comparing my old hearing aids with these new technologically advanced hearing aids - which, by the way, cost much less than my old ones. Being a long time birder, I now can hear soft bluebird calls. Now, I can hear the subtle sounds that for years now I was missing! (For instance, Spring Peeper frogs softly croaking in a pond! Or warblers singing from high in a tree. Or - don't laugh - my wife whispering to me to dry the dishes!!!) Anyway, Greg is a wonderful, caring person who really DOES care about his patients' well-being. If you have experienced hearing loss - trust me on this - Greg Haase at Elite Hearing Center in Franklin is the place to go!!!

Greg Haase and his staff have always been extremely courteous and helpful. I have recommended several people to go visit them for hearing help. Recently, while on vacation in FL one of my devices stopped working. I went to a local Elite center in Sarasota where I found the same great service as my home store. Rich Amon and Jennifer arranged to loan me 2 aids, ship mine to a repair facility, and have them forwarded to my home store when I returned. All for no charge! A few months back I finally accepted that my hearing was going. No 45 year old wants to admit it, but I came to the conclusion that it was time to get things checked out. It was hard to hear my wife in restaurants, I could barely hear my 10 year old daughter in the back seat while driving down the road, and hearing anything in gymnasiums?????... Forget about it! I called up Greg at Elite hearing and something amazing happened!!!! I started to hear not only the things I mentioned above, but also heard a whole ton of things I didn't even know I was missing! A while back I began to recognize that I knew all the words from my childhood songs, but really seemed to struggle with more recent songs. Come to find out now that the reason I didn't know all the words to any current music was because I really couldn't understand it. I thought I could, but truly, most of the words were muffled, but for some reason I thought that maybe the background music was just louder or possibly I have the stereo tuned wrong . I know that sounds weird, but I didn't even know I was missing the details. I am a volunteer firefighter and really struggled with hearing commands on the way to, or at a scene, now I hear the instructions in the rear seats on the way to a scene with sirens on and everything I need when we arrive. I can hear what others are saying in a conference room on my job and can finally get rid of that feeling that I am the only one in the room who has no idea what is going on. Greg has been fantastic. He took the time to understand me, guide me though my many confused moments, my hundreds of questions and helped me to get back to being me. Thank you Greg, you helped give me a part of my life back that I never knew I was missing.

After six years of use I was in need of a new pair of hearing aids and wanted to try a different vendor. I was referred to Greg at Elite Hearing in Franklin. I found him to be professional, thorough and he asked the right questions to understand my specific needs. When I received the new devices, he took his time to ensure a proper fit, fine-tuned the programming and made sure they synced with my iPhone. I highly recommend him. Amy, his front desk assistant, was also very efficient and pleasant.

I am only 37 and from tx here for my husband's job. While driving looking for a hearing place, we come across elite hearing center. After doing free hearing test, my results showed my hearing was much worse than I realized. Dr Greg was extremely kind and is helping me with hearing aids! THIS IS MORE A BLESSING than they would ever know!

Outstanding customer service - more accurately, actually CARING about the customer! One of my hearing aids died during a time of crisis in our family, creating a major inconvenience to say the least. Greg met me after hours, took the time to understand my situation, gave me a pair of “loaners” to tide me over until the problem could be identified & resolved, and came in early the next morning to fix the mechanical issue. I had my aids back before noon the next day! Thanks for going way beyond the extra mile to take care of me!!!

I found Greg and his staff in Franklin to be most pleasant and knowledgeable. Their expertise as it relates to testing and the products they sell, are second to none. They actually listen to concerns, were able to answer every question I asked and are truly genuine in their concern for their patients. I wish I had decided on hearing aids much sooner. Elite and the Phonak devices I purchased have reopened a world of sound I thought was lost forever. I sincerely appreciate the followup they provide and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing hearing issues.

Just had a visit at the Franklin location with Greg Haase. Greg has over 30 years of experience and it showed. He was very thorough, taking the extra time needed to fully resolve my hearing aid issues. Although it’s not the closest elite location to my home, I’ll happily drive further to continue to see Greg for all of my follow up visits. Highly recommended.

I made my first visit to this center three years ago, when I was concerned that I was losing my hearing. I am an old guy and this was my introduction to "old age". The warm welcome by the receptionist was the first good impression of the service that was to come. My case was reviewed by the well trained and caring audiologists. Incidentally, the first three audiologists were named Jeff, the fourth was Anne and currently the facility is run by Greg. I was evaluated and fitted with the Phonak system. My condition was reviewed every six months. I am awed by the care that the whole team took in making sure that hear well. I am a professor and it is imperative that I hear well. I must say that with Greg's latest setup of my hearing aids, I hear things almost like a young person. One added benefit is that my daughter has stopped making fun of me for setting the TV volume on high. Very simply, you get your life back by being able to interact with people and also listen to music.

I have had great sessions with the optometrists I have seen so far. They explained everything so I could understand it and answered any questions I have haddock far. Would recommend them.

My husband Frank said it was the best service he's ever had. They were very thorough and very helpful answering questions. They offered an upgrade to his present hearing aid but were not high pressure at all. They also answered questions about cochlear Implants even though they don't offer them. They adjusted his hearing aid to his latest test and he can hear me much better now. They even offered to help obtain a CaptionCall phone and cell phone. Ann Sebald and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Finally a place we can rely on. Thanks so much!!!

Just had my regular follow up for hearing aides with Ann. She is personable, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best hearing possible. Recently got the connector to the tv...what a game changer! No longer does my family complain about the tv up so loud because I can hear it so much better now! Ann does a great job in figuring out what ur needs are.

Ann Seabald is just excellent. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are hearing the best possible when you leave. Her door is always open if you have a question or problem.

Great service and friendly staff. I had my doubts at first, but when I had my first phone call on blutooth, I could actually understand what they said. But the greatest feature is the TV CONNECTOR. OMG, It sounds like a movie theater sound, and being able to understand the dialog! So tired of reading closed caption to understand what's said. Thank you Ann and Laura.

Since my hearing aid provider went out of business and I was having issues hearing, I contacted the hearing aid manufacturer in Chicago for a recommendation of a good and competent hearing technician in the Milwaukee area. They recommended the Elite Hearing Center on S. 27th Street in Franklin. That turned out to be the most positive recommendation I could have ever gotten! Ann Sebald, the hearing specialist, gave me the most thorough hearing examination I ever had! She patiently spent well over an hour testing, asking me questions, explaining the results of my test, and fitted and adjusted my hearing aids to exactly correct my hearing weaknesses. Now, I can hear more clearly than I have in years! Speech recognition is so much better. I would highly recommend Ann Sebald to anyone who is struggling with hearing loss. She is caring, competent, and honest. I am so relieved now with better hearing and now able to put my full trust in Ann and the staff at Elite Hearing Center in Franklin. It was very much worth the short trip to go there.

Best hearing aids I have they go the extra mile they make sure you get the right hearing aids for you and if you ride a motorcycle you don't have to worry about them falling out
