My elderly mother and I had such an amazing experience at AudioNova, and I especially want to recognize Jaskeeret (Jess) Singh, Hearing Aid Specialist. From the very first appointment, she has shown such genuine care, professionalism, and patience. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens closely to her patients’ concerns, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such compassion, and working with Jess has made the entire process of getting and adjusting to hearing aids a positive experience. I highly recommend AudioNova, and if you have the chance to work with Jess, you’ll be in excellent hands.

Dr. Jess provided excellent care for myself and my husband. We both have hearing loss and after we wore our new hearing devices I noticed I don't stain as much not only with hearing but overall stress. Good hearing is important especially as we are older and the loss was slow and now worse the hearing devices were a game changer. Please know you have to get the right fittings and settings! Make putting on your devices daily in the morning as it will become a habit. We highly recommended Dr. Jess and she really does care!

Under 40yrs of age with hearing loss: I originally came in to get my elderly father's first hearing aids and absolutely fell in love with the managing Dr & staff. Their quality of professionalism, kindness, humanity and integrity was above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Jaskeeret Singh made the entire process from exam, teaching me about the type of hearing loss, all available products/ technology for hearing aids 'available to me. Dr. Jaskeeret Sing worked with my insurance to get me the best price for the best product to suit my hearing and economical needs. Everyone from the front desk and administrative staff all went above and beyond my expectations to get me my first exam and hearing aids. They made me feel so welcomed and cared for. It was like a first class experience that I wish everyone could get when dealing with medical related issues/services. I will forever be a loyal customer to this branch so long as Dr. Jaskeeret and team run are at the helm. I now tell every friend, colleague and family member who needs their hearing examined or needs hearing aids to come to this company and specifically this branch. These ppl truly care for their patients and will work with everyone's financial needs. There is something for everyone's price range and needs. My new hearing aids come in blue-tooth, come in many colors and are also waterproof. They look like regular earbuds that come in flesh tones ( very esthetically pleasing to the eye and discreet). Young ppl friendly technology; nothing like old school hearing aids of yesteryear lol. Her clinic takes state insurance, personal insurance and have payments plans for qualifying adults; Something for everyone Dr. Jaskeeret Sing is the G.O.A.T. please come here( Tukwila branch) before you waste your precious time and money elsewhere.

I am very pleased I selected Puget Sound Hearing Aid and Audiology in Tukwila. Jess was very patient with all of the questions I had and selected a hearing solution that works best for my needs. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Jess and team at the Tukwila office.

I have gone twice and both times was impressed with how at home I felt even though Jess was completely professional . My hearing aids are perfect for me and have been life changing. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact I took some brochures with me to give to some of my neighbors and as I live in a senior community there are a lot of people that need hearing aids. Hope to keep going there for my hearing from now on.

JESS SINGH, Hearing Aid Specialist is the best that I have worked with. I have had hearing aid work through 3 systems in Seattle area (including a university) and multiple audiologists and specialists in each facility, and Specialist Singh has made the greatest difference for me. She not only added a 'canal lock' that was effective, she redesigned the insertion part to finally fit. I highly recommend!!

Audiologist Kerry Lam, was exceptional with great customer support she evaluated, diagnosed, treated and managed my hearing loss in a professional way, when she explained what would be a good fit of hearing aids for me to hear better. Kerry was ver patient and answered my questions in a polite manner it made me feel very comfortable during my visit and I am very happy that I came . I would recommend my friends and family to visit here.😃
