AudioNova - Lacey

Turned the hearing aids over for repair and didn't get them back until January. They said it was because of insurance issues but didn't receive any communication from them without us reaching out. Finally in November with a phone call from us and discussing about their lack of professionalism and empathy they decided to prioritize him. Hopefully we won't have to deal with them again.

Timely scheduling, friendly staff wanting to serve us coupled with a very through hearing test. A winning combination.

Very disappointed in Audio Nova! The Enumclaw office cancelled my appointment twice so I switched to Lacey, first appointment went well after much calling because they answer the new customer but not the existing customer phone line. My appointment today was made weeks ago but now cancelled two hours ahead of schedule because they don’t have my new hearing aids in. It is a two hour drive for me so after rearranging my schedule, another disappointment with Audio Nova. Poor planning!

I have never had a bad experience hear (get it?). Always friendly and helpful and I love my hearing aides! Highly recommend!!

Both of our young adults have received services from Myhre Manning-Kniestedt at the Lacey office, with great results! Location is easy to find and parking is plentiful. Mostly though, we appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient help we've received from both Myhre and Stacie. Would highly recommend!

Very helpful in getting my 80yr old mother hearing aids. We go back every few months to purchase the replacement filters for them at a low cost as well. They are always available to help me keep them clean and in working order, or to answer any questions I may have.

I was a walkin with problems with my hearing aids. They were fabulous and helped me out. Very professional and highly recommend!

I never knew how bad my hearing had become until the first time I put my hearing aids on. I can hear things at lower volumes and I still can't believe how small the hearing aids are. Thank you Puget Sound Hearing and Audiology for helping and being so kind!

Hearing loss isn't an easy thing. You don't realize how much you're affected by it until it's likely too late. That was the case with me. My personal and professional relationships were suffering terribly from it and I finally had no choice but to face it. The staff at Puget Sound Hearing (Lacey) have been incredible. Multiple means of communication (email/text/phone) have made my process so much easier. They listen and do everything they can to help you as an individual and that personalized experience with something life changing has been wonderful.

My husband had been putting off getting hearing aids. We went in today and he worked with Dr. Scott. She is professional, knowledgeable, a great teacher and very kind. We highly recommend her, and Puget Sound Hearing in Lacey.

Dr. Stephanie Scott, Au.D. is very passionate in her work. She is very easy to understand. She listens and explains everything that is needed to know. I was referred here to take my hearing test and receive my first hearing aid. This was my second hearing test and absolutely fabulous. As others have said the customer service is outstanding. Stephanie Scott is a very skilled Audiologist and is very patient oriented. I've already enthusiastically referred friends to them.

Dr. Scott is very welcoming and professional. I learned that they are a Community Care provider for the VA, so I can get a referral from the VA to use Puget Sound Audiology for my Dad now, instead of taking a day and going up to the VA in Lakewood. They will work with us to get new hearing aids and on going cleanings. The office is very nice as well. I'm so glad I found this place!

I knew I needed help hearing but I didn’t want the stigma of hearing aids. Dr Scott evaluated my hearing and confirmed I did need hearing aids. She showed me different ones and asked the right questions so I would get the features that I would use to make the most out of my purchase. We even picked a color that would blend in with my glasses and you cannot even see them unless you know what you are looking for. The fit, the feel and the features are amazing. Walking out of the office I was amazed at all the sounds I was missing. It was very different to get used to but on my follow up visit Dr Scott listened to my questions. I would definitely come here again.

After an extended period dealing with the inefficiencies of another Hearing facility I switched to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology. What my previous provider could not accomplish in months of frustrating attempts to remediate a simple repair Puget Sound took care of in less than a week. Consequent dealings with them have been an absolute pleasure. Their customer service is simply wonderful!

The lady I got is amazing. She went out her way to help my son. Truly greatful and I want to acknowledge the audiologist here at this company!

Dr Sommers was great. Very professional, caring, and attentive to helping my 88 year old father identify options to overcome his hearing loss. Strongly recommend her if you need professional hearing assessment.

I Judith Skinner had a most marvelous experience dealing with Sara. I could not love her more if she was my own daughter. She listens to her clients and asks questions that are pertinent for this situation. I got exactly the hearing aids that i wanted and could not be happier Judy
