This was my 1st experience at a hearing clinic and AudioNova-Federal Way, WA didn't disappoint. Very professional from reception to testing. Chayse Cope answered all my questions and explained options for me during and after testing. There was never any pressure to make a purchase. Only issue I had was locating the office-suggest better signage. Overall, a very positive visit.

Chayse Cope, the audiologist at the Federal Way location right off of 1st Ave is the best Audiologist we’ve seen and let me tell you we’ve seen a lot! His knowledge of the software and his ability to make little “tweaks” has been so beneficial to my wife. Most of all, he listens, is compassionate and really cares about his patients. Go see him…you won’t regret it.

I needed a hearing test and was referred to AudioNova , very welcoming and helpful. The hearing test was explained fully went smooth. I would recommend them if you need a test very professional.

Super speedy and nice staff

I experienced malfunctions with two pairs of Unitron Moxi 312 hearing aids. The left aid in the first pair failed after six weeks, necessitating a replacement.I was given a loaner pair while the original was returned to the manufacturer for repair. The repaired aids functioned for less than a week before requiring another return. A subsequent replacement pair also proved defective. After further troubleshooting, a fully functional pair was finally provided. Throughout this process, audiologist Luke ensured my continued access to hearing aids. His dedication is commendable, and I am confident in seeking his assistance for any future issues.

The audiologist gave me a clear picture of my test results and how I can get the best hearing from the aids they sell. He was very patient and friendly, making it a good experience.

After suffering life changing sudden onset hearing loss I began my search for help. The wait times and customer service I was experiencing during my search was unacceptable. I finally reached out to PugetSound Hearing Aid and Audiology and was able to schedule with the Federal Way office of Rochelle Wong, AuD. Doctor of Audiology. After careful review and testing Dr Wong fitted me with, and educated me on, my first hearing aid. Dr. Wong was by far the most approachable, compassionate, knowledgable and efficient hearing professional I had the privilege to come across during my search for help. After suffering further hearing loss, Dr. Wong immediately scheduled me to address it and brought me to tears after fitting me with a new pair of hearing aids that miraculously improved my hearing to a level I never thought I’d achieve again. Dr. Wong and her front office personnel were stellar in their performance and I’d highly recommend PugetSound Hearing Aid & Audiology’s Federal Way location with Dr. Rochelle Wong, AuD. *This business has changed names and Dr Wong is no longer there unfortunately.

New to hearing issues at 65 years of age. I was referred to PSH&A for evaluation. Dr. Wong was terrific. She is engaging, informative, and thorough. Yes, I need heating aids and I’m awaiting their arrival in a couple weeks. I have no doubt that Dr. Wong will fit me right and that I’ll be better off.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. I never got that bored look when I asked an 'uninformed' question. Dr. Wong was informative and cordial. It was a comfortable experience.

The person that did my hearing test was very knowledgeable and customer service was over the top. I would recommend this to anyone needing hearing aids. They have “ top of the line hearing aids.
