My first appointment was in Newport with Brittney, They got me scheduled within 2 days of my initial phone call. The service I received was fantastic. I would highly recommend True North Hearing to everyone suffering from any degree of hearing loss. The exam I received and Brittney's explanation of options was handled in a very professional manner and I couldn't be happier with with the product I purchased. No flexibility towards the patients (this is not going to be a good review). We were 15 minutes late for our appointment and it was the end of the day. If you are dealing with older patients, and I think many hearing impaired people are older, I would think there would be a little give and take built in. It is a 60 miles round trip for us. We were supposed to have an appointment 10 days earlier and showed up only to be told the appointment was cancelled. Another 60 mile round trip. We showed a little flexibility and said we would come back 10 days later. It did not feel like very caring customer service to us. Maybe they don't need the business.

My husband has been through so much with this company. The hearing aide's are a constant problem.The person there, is not a people person. She does not listen to the consumer. She has made our lives miserable with her indorendos. We just want it to be over with. The hearing aides most of the time don't work after a few times. Have to keep going back and now will be getting charged for it. This is a manufactor default. She just does not get the problem fixed. I really would like to undue thus head ache for us thankyou.

The ladies at True North in St. Johnsbury are very pleasant and I always enjoy going for appointments. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and quick to address any concerns I may have. The office is very pleasant and clean, and I also appreciate how convenient the parking is - no long walk to get into the office. My hearing aids work flawlessly. I couldn't be more pleased.

I think people were having a bad day. Everyone seemed "short" in conversation alternating with being nice which I have come to expect. When I called back to say I could not find something and could we do something a very sarcastic response of this was going to be the only time. If I can't find something, I can't and could not do what was expected of me.
