Just finished my annual hearing test. Both Eva (receptionist) and Jennifer (audiologist) were friendly, caring and efficient. I’d been having trouble with my hearing aids not staying in my ear and Jennifer solved the problem with new receivers that had longer connecting wires.

Jennifer Bui and her receptionist were excellent. Your system proved to be a handicap to them. I had established prior to my decision that Empire Plan would pay a specific amount towards any hearing aid. Epic, however, locked me in to those on their contract. It took considerable effort from Ms Bui to get to what was best for me.

The Connect Hearing, Hearing Care Professional was extremely helpful. During the upgrade of the filtering devices in my hearing aids, all aspects of the change/use were thoroughly explained. Expanded potential of the "app" supporting the hearing aids explained and all questions answered as completely. This was the sort of experience that a consumer would hope for from any business or service provider.

I love Connect Hearing in Virginia Beach on First Colonial Road! I have been going to Beltone, but every few years they throw away the software needed to update the 3 year old model! They made me mad. It was new hearing aids or I could not hear.....from $3000 to $10,000 for the best. No trade in of my old ones, no consideration for elderly on fixed income, nothing. My new insurance company recommended Connect hearing and I loved them: Great hearing test in sound proof room, great view inside my ears ( I had wax in my right ear), considerate availability of drops for about $3.00, and fabulous rechargeable hearing aids that were smaller and more comfortable than at Beltone for less than a third of the price! AND I adore them. I hear so clearly, no annoying ringing whenever I get near something, and so easy to recharge! In fact they have become so much a part of me that I forget I have them in until my phone rings. Yes they are Bluetooth savy and I get to even tell my phone who to call just by pushing a tiny lever on the aids! It is preposterous to go to somewhere like Beltone Hearing when you can get so much more for your money and caring service at Connect Hearing. I am a fan!

Went to several different hearing aid centers before I found Connect Hearing. Brittany took time with my wife and I to fully explain the results of my hearing test. She then explained the different hearing aid models available and asked about my lifestyle and made recommendations for several different models. I have had my hearing aids for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love them. In addition, Brittany has been very responsive to the questions I have when I email or call. Very satisfied!

I recently visited connect hearing with my mother. Mom is getting older and in need of hearing assistance, however she was apprehensive as most would be when it comes to this type of purchase. We were greeted and seen soon after. Daniellella put Mom at ease instantly and made us feel at home as opposed to clinical. I suggest based on the service alone you visit Connect Hearing. I hear (wink) they have pretty good hearing aids as well LOL.
