I'm very frustrated with this location. I was so excited to get my hearing tested because I've been struggling lately and I've had this appointment for about a month. I texted and got confirmation and they said they put me on the schedule. However, when I got there, I was told I wasn't on the schedule. Even when I showed the texts stating my appointment time and day, I just kept being told I only have that gentleman out there scheduled. She offered to squeeze me in an hour later, but this is my day off and I have things to do. One would expect an appointment that was CONFIRMED to be scheduled. Extremely disappointed, frustrating and just all out upset. Please make absolutely certain you are actually on the schedule before driving to this location.

I recommend AudioNova very highly. Tammy Rhodes, the Audiologist, is a very caring and professional person. She takes her time and is very patient in teaching you how to use your hearing aids. I call her my angel from heaven. She is such a nice person. And very good at her job.

Business is not organize! I had an appointment with them and they didn’t have many customers in the lobby but they took a long time yo come out so I demanded my I’d back and my insurance.

Excellent care from Tammy, my wife & I are always looking forward to our visit, she checked our hearing aids & adjusted as needed, answered questions & cleaned the devices, shed a great asset to a great company, & takes great care of her clients & patients

Haven’t seen service this good in years. Took care of my maintenance problem, upgraded my device and provided an extensive training session all in about 30 minutes and as a walk in.

Oh my gosh!!! My 90-year-old mom can hear!!! Tammy was spectacular in explaining, showing, and getting my mom acclimated. This is the very first time she has ever worn hearing aids…now shes telling me to stop yelling! 🤭 Tammy IS our choice for any elderly, not tech-savvy, adult. She is so caring and patient. Thank you Lord for our paths crossing with this remarkable young lady, Tammy Rhodes! 🙏 We are blessed!

She was so helpful in my adjustment to a new pair of hearing aides, and very patient and understanding when I mistakenly came at the wrong time for my appointment. Representative Tammy was excellent. She was patient while I was learning all the new things you learn when you are first getting hearing aids. Why the 3 stars? I knew I wanted Phonak hearing aids and the closest provider is 50 miles away. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal because Phonak has software that allows the technician to make changes when you are not in the office, BUT this office is not using the software yet!! They need to upgrade their technology. It really would be a win-win for them. They would get more customers (because distance wouldn't matter so much) - after all they are selling the top rated hearing aid brand. And their customers would get better service.
